Indeed, it is considered essential study for students of housing.
The three and half decades since Artist Village has been designed and conceived have been a period of intense change in India. We are urbanizing at a rapid rate, our population continues to grow, and speculation in the real estate and housing markets have been the essential drivers that shape our built form.
