FSGS is a 15-year-old design and architectural sign manufacturing company with a proven track record of delivering consistently reliable service to our clients. As a certified WBE and Texas HUB certified company, we work on projects all across Texas and neighboring states, and we take pride in our strong client relationships, many of whom have been working with us for over 10 years. One of our major strengths is that we have all of our manufacturing capabilities inhouse, including illuminated fabricated monument signs, exterior building signs, interior wayfinding signs, acrylic/metal dimensional signs, large format printed graphics, and ADA signage. This gives us complete control over pricing, quality, and timelines, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Our design team is second to none, with an average of 20 years of experience on design-build projects working with architects for multi-family properties, government facilities, office buildings, churches, universities, and medical facilities. PROGRAMMING & SIGN CONSULTATION Plans review to determine signage needs, sign types, quantities, and placement. Followed by a meeting to review the package for feedback/ changes/additions.
Deliverable Comprehensive sign plan PDF with signs, size suggestions, quantities, placement, and city ordinance compliance check.
DESIGN SERVICES (SD, DD, CD) Collaborate with your firm and creative agency {if applicable) to develop a sign package that is feasible for manufacturing.
Deliverable Schematic Design, Design Development & Construction Documents, with sign locations, sign types, detailed material & finishing notes, manufacturing instructions, and installation information.
PERMITTING Applicable if the project scope includes electrical signage whether it's an entry monument sign or an illuminated sign. The sign must be compliant and permitted according to the local ordinance.
Deliverable Construction Document (CD) with required permitting details for the city. Management and submittal of all required paperwork for city review and permit approval.

Our Services
MANUFACTURING With access to the latest technology, we manufacture all our signage in our 22,000 sq ft worldclass facility located in Lewisville, TX. This allows us to control the product quality, timelines, and communication for the client.
Deliverable Custom fabricated signs as designed in the CD package while meeting the highest quality standards.
INSTALLATION Upon completion of manufactured signs, our installation crew will visit your property and install the finished product.

LUIS APARICIO Design Director
Luis is the Design Director at FSGS, bringing a wealth of knowledge across various markets and project types with his over 20 years of professional signage and wayfinding experience. He is passionate about accessibility compliance and focuses on gaining a deep understanding of each client's vision, which he executes with his strong design skills. With an architectural and educational background, Luis is able to strategize wayfinding systems for any project. Originally from Puerto Rico, he now lives in Dallas with his wife and son and enjoys sketching with his Urban Sketcher DFW Group during his free time. Clients can trust that their projects are in capable hands with Luis leading the design team and that their vision will be brought to life through his expertise.
ADAM OLDHAM Project Manager
Project Manager at FSGS, with a career spanning across various service industries. With his exceptional skills in Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Leadership, and Adaptation, he has demonstrated his expertise in delivering high-quality projects for his clients. Adam's passion for executing successful projects is evident in his attention to detail, strength, and urgency to follow through. He ensures that projects move forward seamlessly while keeping clients informed throughout the process. Adam lives in Dallas with his high school sweetheart, and during his free time, he enjoys fishing as a way to relax and unwind.
MIKE RICHARDSON Director of Operations
Mike Richardson is a seasoned professional in the sign and graphics industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at FSGS Design and Architectural Signage. With over 20 years of experience, he has honed his skills in project logistics and team management, making him a valuable asset to the company. Mike's expertise extends beyond his role at FSGS, as he also played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Toyota headquarters signage project in the past. When he's not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family in McKinney and exploring his passion for cooking.

lndu, the CEO of FSGS, is a leader in providing reliable customer service with a peoplefocused and customer-centric approach. She's a valedictorian MBA graduate from Southern Methodist University, with 15 years of experience serving prestigious brands like Southwest Airlines. lndu has been awarded DBJ 40 under 40 and SMU Cox School of Business 2023 Distinguished Young Alumni. Addison Airport ADDISON, TX The scope of our project involved collaborating with the Addison Airport and their interior design team to develop a comprehensive sign package. Our task was to create signage that addressed several needs, including wayfinding, restroom identity, lobby wall graphic, and U.S Customs and Immigration Building ID. Our team worked closely with the airport's design team to ensure that each sign element aligned with the airport's branding and design aesthetic. Through our efforts, we were able to create a cohesive and functional sign package that not only met the airport's needs but also provided a positive experience for its customers.

ALLEN, TX During our project with Trammel Crow, we were tasked with developing the sign package for a new construction project. This involved working closely with the developer, architect firm, and the City of Allen Fire Department to ensure that the signage package met all relevant requirements and regulations. The scope of our work encompassed all stages of the sign package development process, from programming and schematic design through to design development, manufacturing, permitting, and installation. By closely managing each stage of the project, we were able to ensure that the final product met the expectations of all stakeholders and was delivered on time and on budget.
