Gel loading for Jena Bioscience In order to make loading DNA-containing samples into the wells of agarose and polyacrylamide gels easier, buffers have been developed. TracBioscienceking dyes are present in the buffers as a DNA fragment migration indication. They also include glycerol to increase density and EDTA to stop nuclease activity.
Total RNA Purification Kit The Total RNA Purification Kit is made to quickly, efficiently, and effectively separate total RNA from small amounts of different samples such blood, plant and animal tissue, bacteria, and viruses. Haemophilus
In newborns and young children, Haemophilus influenzae type b can cause bacteremia, pneumonia, and acute bacterial meningitis. To prevent infection, vaccines made of a protein-conjugated polysaccharide from Haemophilus influenzae type b have been created. Fundamentals of the Assay When test specimens, which may contain Human IgG reactive antibodies, are subjected to microtiter wells coated with Haemophilus influenzae type b oligosaccharide conjugated to human serum abumin (HbOHA), the results are recorded. Unbound components in the test sample are washed away following an incubation period. During a second incubation phase, specific bound Human IgG react with an anti-Human IgG conjugated with HRP. A specific bound enzyme conjugate is identified after a second wash cycle by its interaction with the substrate solution, 2,2′ Azino-di[3-ethyl-benzthiazolinesulfonate (ABTS). The assay is spectrophotometrically analyzed to determine the quantity of a sample contains human anti-Haemophilus influenzae type B antibodies.
