W
elcome everyone. I would like to thank Alpha Omicron for the hospitality shown to us this week. With special thanks to Carl and Judy Sebelius and Stan and Ann Covington. We are fortunate to have such welcoming brothers and sisters in the great state of Tennessee. I would also like to thank our Supreme Board members, past presidents, Xi Psi Phi members and families for attending. I wish a speedy recovery to our past presidents who have had surgery recently. This is a great day for me and I am deeply honored to accept the Supreme Presidency of Xi Psi Phi. I owe a special thank you to Dr. Tom Bonomo for originally getting me involved in Xi Psi Phi and for bringing me back several years later to serve in the Supreme Chapter. It was 20 years ago that I was a second year dental student dating a first year student who happened to be the daughter of one of Tom’s dental school classmates. Of course he seized the opportunity to get the Beta Zeta chapter restarted in NJ. I attended the Supreme Assembly in Indiana and was energized by the students and board members. We restarted the chapter and Beta Zeta did incredibly well. A year later I returned to the Supreme Chapter meeting in San Antonio and was awarded the Outstanding Chapter President Award. It was quite an honor. I graduated in 1999 and disappeared for about 10 years until my old friend Dr. Tom called me and asked me to help the fraternity out because the Province III chair had left and they needed to fill the position. Of course I could not say no to such a great organization and especially Tom. It reminded me of the Godfather III when Michael Corleone states the famous line, “just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.” My password for my 2-year term as Supreme Chapter President will be Connect. I chose this word for a few reasons. First, I would like to connect the Supreme Chapter to the college chapters and make it easier and less intimidating for students to directly contact members of the board. To facilitate this, I will also personally try, and encourage

other board members, to get to as many ZIP chapter events as possible. It’s a sacrifice but someone has to do it. Second, I want the fraternity to be more connected via the internet. This will include our website, which looks fantastic thanks to Penni and Anne-Lise, the Quarterly which Carl has made world class, Facebook, Twitter, and other modes of Dr. Fabio G. Apolito connecting the students and alumni. I envision the website as the hub for the fraternity with links to all the previously mentioned avenues of communication. The website will also be a place where dues can be paid. The Quarterly is already available on the site and may one day completely replace the expensive print form. We will also set out on a great endeavor of having a password protected alumni directory where students and alumni can search ZIP alumni in their state and specific specialty. This will take a lot of work but I believe it is very attainable. We must also encourage each college chapter to establish their own website or Facebook pages with inks on our main website. I propose the creation of webmaster for each chapter to facilitate posting of news and events and maintaining these sites. The website will have forums where questions are posted and answered by students, alumni, and board members. I see ZIPs as a trinity comprised of the Supreme Chapter, student chapters, and alumni. Each is essential and must be available to help the other. These efforts will build lifelong relationships. We have never faced such a challenge in membership and need to Connect better with the students. To Print or Not to Print: Continued CARL L. SEBELIUS, JR., DDS, CDE

I
n the last Quarterly, we discussed the pros and cons of print versus digital media. This continues to be a topic of concern for every professional publication. This proved to be a topic of great concern during the Supreme Board of Directors meeting in Memphis this spring. One of the main concerns was the continuing increase of costs of printing the Quarterly. Actually it is not related to just the Quarterly, but a sign of the times. I recently returned from the Tennessee Dental Association Annual Meeting and some of same concerns were discussed. It all relates to membership. Just as all professional organizations are facing financial concerns, they are primarily facing membership concerns. The ADA’s market share membership has been declining as overall number of dentists has been increasing. The same holds true for fraternity membership. Xi Psi Phi membership is fairly stable but not growing and we all know costs are not stable. Our alumni membership is ageing and not being replaced by the newer dentists out of dental school. (exactly the same as most state dental associations). So instead of asking do we print or not, the question should be, “How do we increase membership?” The answer is up to the individual member! You not only need to join, but keep up your membership and encourage others to do the same. For the present time the options for the Quarterly that we discussed last issue remain the same: 1. Decrease the number of issues. 2. Decrease the size (number of pages) 3. Eliminate or reduce the print issues. 4. Increase advertising income. After much discussion the Board recognizes the importance of the print issues and the Quarterly has already been reduced to 2 issues form 4 a year. Therefore, the answer seems to be on the revenue side. The Iota Alumni Chapter has made a sizable donation to help support this year’s publication of both print and digital

issues. This however, while greatly appreciated this is not self-sustaining. It buys us some time. You will notice some new advertising and sponsorships in this issue. As a dentist or student you have many contacts in the dental profession. Use them and seek possible advertising. Most ads are generated through personal contacts. We also started a sponsorCarl L. Sebelius, Jr. ship program, which you can see in this issue. For a $150 donation, you can help sponsor the Xi Psi Phi Quarterly. This will give you a business card size space in the Quarterly. You can use this to promote your practice, give an honorarium or memorial to someone, or send your message to the fraternity. The first sponsorship in this issue is supported by Drs. T
his month, we said goodbye to our newest Doctors of Dental Surgery and we are eagerly awaiting the new D1 class that arrives in June! We are preparing for one of our most important welcome events, which is a “How to Survive your First Semester of Dental School” presentation to the entire entering D1 class. During this event the upperclassmen provide the new D1 class with tips and tricks for studying the rigorous curriculum they are beginning. We strive to provide all of our colleagues with adequate resources to thrive in their first dental school classes. We continue to provide an academic preview for our ZIPs members every semester, which is always well attended. In addition to academic previews, the D3 students provided a clinic orientation to the D2s this May as they start seeing patients in June! The alpha chapter welcomed this new school year with a trip to Zap Zone for laser tag and pizza. The D2 class was well represented as they were happy to no longer be in the toughest year of dental school. We also are continuing our monthly ThAC (Thursday’s After Clinic) event where we enjoy meeting at our favorite local bar for a drink together to bring an end to the week. Our annual Senior Send Off was held at the Sheraton Hotel, it was a wonderful night with dinner, dancing, and words of wisdom from our graduating ZIPs D4s. We all enjoyed our last chance to learn from them after the numerous clinical help sessions in the Sim Lab, late night emails asking what to expect for the next day’s sessions, and mentoring time in clinic. In return, many of the current D3s were able to assist our newly graduated members during the XI PSI PHI QUARTERLY

Patient Boards exam, which allowed the younger students to learn more about the exam while supporting the graduates who had given so selflessly to our development as providers. This coming semester is off to a good start with a social bar crawl and picnic party, an outdoor service event at a local national park, the D1 class academic presentation, and numerous help sessions in the Sim Lab. he Iota Chapter kicked off the New Year with a trip to South
Iota chapter members in Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe. Members spent a weekend in the Sierra Nevada Mountains skiing, sledding and bonding around cozy fires. The annual Tahoe trip is a great opportunity for members to spend time together and prepare for the winter and spring quarters. During the winter quarter upper classman members hosted several help session nights for under classman to help them with endo requirements and crown and bridge preps in simlab. Several underclassmen helped upperclassman members by assisting them in clinic and for licensure exams. The Iota chapter participated in two philanthropic events during the winter quarter. In December the fraternity adopted a family in need. Fraternity members and school

faculty made donations to provide the family with clothes, books and gift cards. In February several members volunteered at the Ronald McDonald house by cooking dinner for the families staying in the house. Members made a pasta dinner and enjoyed getting to know the children and parents receiving treatment at the UCSF Children’s Hospital. Graduating fourth year members hosted a dinner and learn event for third year members after MATCH day to talk about applying for residency. Fourth year members talked about application deadlines, timelines and gave advice on how to approach the stressful process. Fourth year members also discussed the programs they applied to and where they were matched. The Iota

chapter also hosted their annual ethics lunch and learn in April. Three faculty members answered questions about difficult moral and ethical situations that a dentist may face during school and their careers. In March, members and alumni attended the annual speaker’s dinner. Members got the opportunity to hear from two successful UCSF School of Dentistry faculty members about their experiences in the field. Dr. Jennifer Perkins’s talk about overcoming obstacles as a woman in the male dominated field of oral surgery resonated with several members. As the academic year comes to a close, Iota chapter members are preparing to say goodbye to fourth year members at the annual senior farewell dinner as well as looking ahead to next year by welcoming new board members and preparing for a productive summer.
Year Anniversary of the XI PSI PHI Fraternity with our annual ZIP Omicron Formal. As planned, a continuing education course was provided to our faithful alumni on the morning of January 16th, and many were in attendance at the ZIP house. ZIP alumni and endodontist Dr. Jose Da Costa shared his insights and expertise to a new generation of young practitioners. The talk was a delight to the audience as it was a true amalgamation of his extensive training and practice in endodontics, experience as a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in the specialty, as well as his captivating style perfected over the years as a frequent lecturer in both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Later that day, over 400 members, alumni and guests, gathered for a classy evening of dinner and dancing at the Atlantis Pavilion at Ontario

Our main charity event was the Annual Poker Tournament held in November. Congratulations to the winner of the Sneaky Siddiqui Trophy, Taya, who showed us all what it means to be a true poker player. years to de-stress and enjoy delicious treats before the exam season began. Our interactions with the Ronald McDonald House staff and families have left all of us eager to help the organization in whatever ways we can and we have enjoyed being affiliated with such a worthy cause! To celebrate the completion of another successful school year and say farewell to our graduating members, ZIP will host a “senior send-off ” party on May 6th where we plan to serve two 50lb roast pigs as well as many other barbequed delicacies and drinks. We all look forward to sending off our graduating fourth year members in style! This year’s gift for the graduating class is a beer stein with the ZIP logo on it! Special thanks goes to Konrad Binder who devoted countless hours having them custom made for us. Of course, our gratitude goes to our entire executive
team led by President Catherine Nguyen—we wish you all the best in your future endeavors! The pig-out will also be the site of our elections for the incoming executive committee, with Mr. Hamid Mousavi taking over as President—best of luck to next year’s council as you carry the torch of our wonderful fraternity! Not only did Omicron Chapter host the best social events of the year, we also provided our members with academic sessions and mentorship. Each class prepared ZIP seminars on a variety of topics. For first years, our chapter—led by Becky—organized a course overview session in September to ease the potentially daunting transition into dental school. Additionally, we helped boost the first-years’ confidence in learning and challenging different test formats by hosting two dental anatomy mock bell ringers, as well as a Biomaterials

review session seminar led by ZIP alumni Dr. Fawaz Siddiqui. For second years, Geoff, Hamid, and other third year members gave an insightful prep session regarding comprehensive patient care and how to succeed in the clinic. There will also be a mock oral test for the Oral Diagnosis course coming up later in May. Members Jane and Didi presented their expertise and helpful tips to succeed in the clinic for the third years, as they took on the task of applying everything they learned in the classroom and laboratory to patient care. As well, there are academic sessions planned for later in May for oral surgery suturing to be led by Dr. Moncarz. For our graduating members, the ZIP Graduating Seminar Series continued on and included a weekend Prep Course for the National Board Exams, among many others. With sessions like these, it is no wonder that Zippers win the majority of academic awards at the University of Toronto and go on to become very successful clinicians! Through social, academic, and philanthropic events, Omicron Chapter provides the best student experience at the University of Toronto. We would like to thank all the members and alumni whose hard work and dedication make these XI PSI PHI QUARTERLY
events possible! It has definitely been one memorable year, and we look forward to the many new and exciting events planned for 2016-2017! Amalia Cong

he spring semester included many fun events, which included monthly happy hours, help labs for the first and second year students, the Anti-Valentines’ Party/Beer Pong Tournament, Zip Tie Party, the Weston, MO Wine Trip, and Senior Send-Off/Officer Elect Installation. Weekly help labs are held for the D1 and D2 students as there are many laboratory practicals during these years of dental school. Upper classmen help the under classmen in the areas of Occlusion, Dental Anatomy and Morphology, Operative I, Operative II, Fixed Prosthodontics I, and Fixed Prosthodontics II. The annual Anti-Valentine’s/Beer Pong Tournament was held this year at Quaff Bar and Grill. We had over 40 of teams sign-up to participate! A great time was had by all. Unfortunately, the winning team this year was not from the Xi Psi Phi Fraternity, but our loss will be avenged next year.

Our Chapter Shirt Release event was partnered with our Zip Tie party. Everyone had a blast wearing their new shirts and being tethered to each other for a night of fellowship and S’mores.

The Weston, MO Wine trip is many peoples’ favorite event of the year! The chapter takes a bus up to Weston, MO, about 45 minutes north of Kansas City, and does a winery tour. Weston is known for its smalltown charm and underground pub, called O’Malley’s Pub. The chapter members spend the day at a winery in the town then travel over to the underground pub to enjoy Weston, MO brewed beer and live music! Justin Weststeyn

pring semester flew by for the ZIPS members of Baylor College of Dentistry! This semester was filled with fun, fellowship, and of course plenty of exciting themed events. Our

chapter focuses on doing one social event and one community outreach event every month. Our philanthropy chairs this year, D2’s Annie Jackson and Michael Hatfield, found an amazing organization in Dallas for ZIPS to volunteer. The program is called Jumpstart, which was founded by Family Gateway Social Services. ZIPS members volunteer once a month at various events where we help support the children in homeless shelters in our community. It is a rewarding ministry to be a part of, and we are grateful to be given this unique opportunity. Our social calendar kicks off every year in January with a back to school event. This is the first opportunity for our members to get together after a long winter break to have a little fun and enjoy each other’s company. This event is always at a local spot right next to the school where member is encouraged to walk over
after school ends on Friday and start the weekend right. One theme party that our ZIPS members insist on every year is TOGA! This year it was decided that in February ZIPS would host the annual “Toga Rave” party. Non-ZIPS members are encouraged to come and have some fun with us. This night is always a blast! In March every year when the Easter Bunny is near, ZIPS member have a Chicken Chase. At this event a D1 is dressed up in a chicken suit and leads the way for ZIPS members through Dallas for a bar crawl. People love to buy drinks for a chicken! This event is a good opportunity for us to get to know the D1’s better after they have had a semester to adjust to the crazy lifestyle of dental school. With Rush coming up it is important for us to spend time to get to know these new students better. XI PSI PHI QUARTERLY
Zips Members at Jumpstart
April held two events for us this year. At the beginning of the month the boys and girls slipped into their knickers to enjoy a round of good old fashion round og Pub Golf. Score cards are kept and trophies awarded to the male and female who made like Birdies and flew away with the prizes. This gave us all a chance to partake in a gentleman’s game before the full moon came out and we all turned into animals. The day of rush lunch is provided for our D1’s, and slideshows and games are played to get everyone in the mood for our night ahead. Our rush theme this year was Party Animals. D1’s and ZIPS members were encouraged to dress primal and come rage the night away. This is the last night we have to get to know our D1’s before selecting next year’s members. ALPHA OMICRON CHAPTER University of Tennessee Memphis, Tennessee Founded 1921 ALPHA OMICRON: YEAR IN REVIEW
T
he 2015-2016 school year has been an exciting one for the Alpha Omicron chapter of Xi Psi Phi! Here at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, we have had a very busy year as a fraternity. The school year started off with a bang with our Annual ZIPs Rush Week. This year’s rush week took place August 3rd through August 7th, 2015. The rush week events included a Meet & Greet with the Class of 2019 at Wiseacre Brewery on Monday, a Black & White Formal at the Balinese Ballroom on Wednesday, and the annual Flip Cup Tournament on Friday. The first year students had a very positive reaction to our efforts, as about a third of their class rushed ZIPs! We held the Annual Initiation party in September at Tin Roof on Beale Street to introduce the Class

of 2019 to everything that Beale Street and Memphis have to offer! In October, we held a joint Halloween Party with Psi Omega Fraternity. It was held at the Train Station in Downtown Memphis and costumes were encouraged! ZIPs then slowed down for a bit around the holidays, but then picked back up in 2016 with Valentine’s Day Party at Jerry Lee Lewis on Beale Street. Our next event was focused on the D1s. We wanted to celebrate the D1s finishing Gross Anatomy, so we gave them each a free beer at High Cotton Brewery. There was corn hole, a patio, and great drinks—this was a new event for us, but we look forward to making it tradition, as the passing of Gross Anatomy is a milestone in all of our dental school careers! We ended the

year with our Crawfish Boil/Corn Hole Tournament, which was a joint event with UT’s American Student Dental Association chapter. This event was a celebration of the end of the academic school year for the D1-D3s and a special send off for the D4s as they are celebrating graduation. The Alpha Omicron chapter of Xi Psi Phi is very proud of the past year and cannot wait until August of this year to introduce the Class of 2020 to everything ZIPs! Jim Hollingsworth, UTHSC ZIPs
BETA MU CHAPTER Southern Illinois University Alton, Illinois Founded 1985
T
he Beta Mu chapter ZIPS have been keeping busy this Spring semester. To start off the 2016 New Year right, the Beta Mu Chapter wanted to help the patients staying at the Ronald McDonald House in St. Louis by cooking up a delicious meal. Eight Beta Mu chapter members and of course Dr. Keith Dickey and Mrs. Peggy Dickey made a scrumptious meal consisting of: ham, potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese and brownies. The Beta Mu chapter members always want to help others in need, but they also know how to have a good time and cheer on the home sports teams.

Earlier this semester, several members went to a Blues vs. Predators hockey game. It was an exciting game since the Blues were able to bring home another WIN. The Beta Mu chapter doesn’t just watch hockey, so in April the Beta Mu chapter decided to ramp up the rivalry with a CUBS vs. CARDS baseball game. The Beta Mu CUBS fans were holding their heads in shame while the Beta Mu Cardinal fans were cheering after that series. As the weather began warming up the Beta Mu members decided it was time to host another golf outing at Cloverleaf Golf Course in Alton Illinois. This nine-hole scramble and cookout was filled with friendly competition, fun, hamburgers and lots of drinks. The jello-shot girls ensured that the golfers were never without a little liquid courage on those important putts. As the semester whines down, several Beta Mu members will be leaving XI PSI PHI QUARTERLY

this chapter so Dr. and Mrs. Savoca once again hosted their Annual Senior Send Off at their lake house in Holiday Shores Illinois. Members dined on an array of appetizers and beverages while playing yard games,
swimming in the lake, taking boat rides and skiing. Many current Xi Psi Phi members as well as alumni joined in helping send the seniors off. The Beta Mu chapter will be losing many wonderful, hardworking and dedicated senior dental students upon graduation. As these newly graduated dentists find their way into Volume 112, Issue 1 | 17

he Beta Lambda chapter of Xi Psi Phi at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio promotes a community of dental students and fosters mentorship between the classes. We encourage diversity, academic success, and involvement in campus-wide organizations among our members. We also host social events to encourage friendships between the classes, and to provide an outlet to relieve the stress of dental school. We host annual rush events during the fall to welcome new dental students to our San Antonio Community. We have a meet-and-greet happy hour on the famous Riverwalk, and even take a

Hello Xi Psi Phi Scholarship Committee, Thank you very much for the honor of being chosen as the recipient of the 2016 Charlie Reagan Scholarship Award. Throughout my four years at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Xi Psi Phi has been instrumental in developing me into the dentist that I am today. I cannot imagine getting through dental school without the help and support of my fellow “Zippers.” To tell you a little bit about myself, I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan with my mother (Lisa), father (Brian), and younger brother (Zach). My father is an accountant/consultant for small businesses in the Traverse City area, my mother is the office manager for a local orthodontist, and my brother is currently finishing up a degree in construction management at Northern Michigan University. While growing up in Traverse City my hobbies included participating in Boy Scouts, high school track, cross country and bowling teams, and lifeguarding at a local indoor waterpark. Following high school, I attended Western Michigan University (WMU) and majored in biomedical sciences with minors in chemistry and general business. After graduating from WMU, I married my high school sweetheart, Ashley, and soon started at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Along the way, Ashley graduated from the University of Michigan with her Master of Social Work degree and is now the Leukemia Program Coordinator at the University of Michigan Hospital. While in dental school at U of M, I have been active with Xi Psi Phi serving as the D1 class representative, D2 class representative, and treasurer. A majority of my “free time” in dental school has been spent traveling abroad conducting oral health research in the rural area of Meru, Kenya. With this information, we hope to help the local community open a self-sustaining dental clinic in a nearby hospital. In addition to traveling to Kenya, I have also participated in a student exchange program with a dental school in Bauru, Brazil. Following graduation from the University of Michigan, I plan on sticking around Ann Arbor and U of M for a few more years and specializing in orthodontics. Thank you once again for this incredible honor! Hospitality is the life of friendship!
Brittany was born in Sacramento, California to her parents, Tracy and Peter. She has a younger brother named Justin. She attended Franklin High School in Elk Grove where she was played on the varsity softball team. Brittany became interested in dentistry around her freshmen year when she got her braces off. Through her 3 years of frequent orthodontic visits she was curious about what it might be like to be an orthodontist. She started shadowing her general dentist sophomore year of high school and eventually starting working at the office. She had been going to her dentist, Dr. Darrell Chun, since she was 3 years old and always enjoyed her dental visits. Through working at the front desk and assisting chairside she was able to learn a lot about dentistry. After high school graduation, Brittany moved to Los Angeles where she attended Occidental College on a softball scholarship. While at Occidental, Brittany majored in Cell and Molecular Biology and minored in Spanish. Although she spent the majority of her time on the softball field and in the library, Brittany continued to explore dentistry. She volunteered at UCLA School of Dentistry in the Central Services and she also started a student organization chapter of Global Medical Training at Occidental College. The group traveled to Nicaragua two years in a row to provide free medical and dental services to the people there. It was while she was volunteering in Nicaragua that she found her passion in dentistry and decided she wanted to pursue it. After a long application process, Brittany decided to attend UCSF and moved to San Francisco. While in dental school she has been most involved with Xi Psi Phi Iota Chapter acting as a Social Chair, Jamaica Trip Coordinator, and now as President. She is also involved as Vice President of AAWD (American Association of Women Dentists) and Social Chair of the Class of 2017. In her free time Brittany enjoys traveling to visit college friends and catching up on tv shows like Grey’s Anatomy at home. She plans to practice general family dentistry after graduation and also hopes to travel to Central America to provide free services to the people there. One day she would like to go back to coach her high school varsity softball team. She also aspires to stay involved in Xi Psi Phi as an alumnus.

IOTA ALUMNI CHAPTER Senior Farewell May 6, 2016 Another year has gone by so quicklyanother set of graduating seniors to say farewell at Iota chapter!! We all gathered at Marine’s Memorial Hotel in San Francisco on May 6, 2016. It was quite a gathering with numerous alumni in attendance along with many of our active ZIP members. After a delicious dinner, Brittany Vacura, our outgoing Iota President, welcomed the group and announced the Non-Zip faculty award to Dr. Klan Tavallei, and the Zip faculty award went to Dr. Charles McNeil. It was wonderful to see our alumni out in force to help send off our seniors, included were our alumni officers, Dr. Randy Gurrola, Dr. Penelope Yip, Dr. Anne-Lise Fink, and Dr. Larry Chu. Awards were abundant that night with scholarships being awarded to Brittany Vacura, these individuals have been instrumental in serving the Iota chapter and helping it grow and thrive. Iota chapter was also privileged and proud to receive the best active president award from the Supreme chapter, which was given to Brittany Vacura at the national board meeting held in Memphis, Tennessee earlier this year. The evening was also highlighted by our graduating seniors who received their alumni pin, certificate and red rose. generation as money makers and self-serving. Students need instant gratification these days and that makes our job much more difficult. Tuitions have gone up extremely rapidly and students are much more careful about spending. They need to understand that we are here to help not only during school, but also after graduation. With the changes in our profession, such as corporate dentistry, they need us more than ever. There needs to be a greater understanding by the students that the Supreme Chapter really needs their help, especially in the form of dues. This need continues after graduation as Alumni dues are extremely important. I think we send the wrong message at the Supreme Assembly and have to be more open about the dire financial state of the organization. I propose to share
more of the financials with the students at the Supreme Assembly. It’s an openness that will help us establish trust. We need to boost membership and our undergraduate college clubs will be a great source. We are just getting underway with this great idea. It took a little while, and had internal legal issues, but we are on our way. By having undergraduate college student members before they enter dental schools we will have a huge advantage of boosting membership at existing chapters, and the possibility of starting new chapters. I was personally involved with a club chapter at Rutgers and will try to pursue igniting interest in my home state, with the ultimate goal of restarting Beta Zeta in NJ. I hope to serve you well during the next two years. We have a lot of work
to do but the fraternity will be better and stronger for it. This will be an exciting time and we need everyone’s help to accomplish the goals we have set forth. In closing, I would like to add a personal thank you to Keith and Peg Dickey. If the fraternity has a heartbeat, it beats because of these two great people. They are far and away the two most impressive and valuable people the fraternity has. The actions we take today will shape the fraternity in the coming years. Xi Psi Phi has a bright future and we will flourish as the top dental fraternity as we continue to evolve.
