1. The authorities must confirm that the electricity supply complies with regulations.

2 The competent authority concerned with water supply must provide confirmation to ensure that the water supply in the building is adequate.

3. The relevant authorities must ensure that the sewage treatment plant is properly connected to the sewage treatment plant.

4. The authorities concerned must provide permits for lifts and machinery in the building.

5. The relevant authorities must provide permission for the operation of the fire protection system.
