BSITE OVERVIEW

ARCHITECTURAL DUALITY OF THE RESIDENCE

y integrating structured elements with fluid transitions, the design fosters a seamless flow between interior and exterior realms, enhancing both visual and spatial continuity. Natural light, materiality, and spatial hierarchy work in harmony to create an ever-evolving environment that adapts to its surroundings. This thoughtful synthesis of contrasting principles not only reinforces the project’s conceptual strength but also elevates the living experience, offering a sanctuary where innovation and nature exist in perfect equilibrium.

This entrance leads directly into the heart of the home, a stunning living area with double ceiling height and open patios. The vertical volumes create a majestic sense of space, where light, air, and architecture come together in a splendid play of scale and openness. It’s an immediate immersion into elegance and expansive living.

THE ENTRANCE THE ESTATE

This path offers a more intimate and sophisticated entry sequence. Guests arrive in a holistic garage, gently lit by a magical skylight from above. From there, they are welcomed into a refined lounge with a curated bibliothèque and direct access to the spa — a moment of calm before the ascent.

THE ESTATE ENTRANCE

BLENDING WITH NATURE

Instead, the road bend once, then again by narrowing until it becomes more path than pavement, swallowed by trees so dense they seem to press inward. You might think you’ve taken a wrong turn. But if you continue just a little farther, the forest opens suddenly into a clearing where the light changes. The stone itself is a monolith of pale grey quartzite veined with silver threads, weathered by time but untouched by moss or decay. At certain hours of twilight, light fractures across it unnaturally, scattering faint patterns on the ground that resemble glyphs or perhaps blueprints.

THE EXISTENCE

Embedded into the base of the stone is a narrow vertical slit, just wide enough for light to pass through. It seems to line up with the estate gates during a certain alignment of the moon. Whether coincidence or design, no one knows. The estate’s architects denied its existence.

THE BALI GATE ENTRANCE

NATURE MEETS TRADITION

Embracing the contours of the land, the architecture speaks softly floating above the earth, melting into the horizon, and whispering with the wind. Each line, each form, is drawn with care, in reverence to the landscape it inhabits. Rather than imposing, it listens; rather than conquering, it coexists. Guided by a philosophy of harmony and humility, the design embraces the poetry of the rice fields. Those living tapestries that shift with the light and seasons. Elevated lightly, the structures leave the land untouched, allowing water to flow, crops to breathe, and tradition to endure.

The arrival is more than a transition. It is the first emotion, the first impression. This analysis explores two distinct entry sequences, each crafted to suit different lifestyles and rhythms of living. The first offers a direct immersion into the living areas, ideal for a seamless, open experience. The second introduces a more intimate arrival, through a private lounge and reception area, a moment to pause, breathe, and be welcomed in quiet elegance.

SPACE FOR SOUL

There is a place where time seems to slow. The pool house that does not ask to be noticed, yet is unforgettable. It stands with quiet confidence, drawing you in not with grandeur, but with grace. This is not a building that demands attention; it simply belongs, as if it had always been there, waiting to be discovered.

TTHE RESIDENCE

SERENITY MINIMALISM

he estate’s lines are drawn not with ambition, but with reverence. Instead of reshaping the contours of the terrain, it allows the terrain to guide the design. Sleek structures float just above the rice fields, held aloft by slender supports, so the soil remains sacred and untouched. The architecture becomes a frame through which the seasons perform their quiet theater: golden paddies in harvest, silver sheets of water in the rain, the trembling green of early growth. The estate does not dominate this view. It disappears into it.

The estate is not only a retreat. It is a philosophy made real. A commitment to coexist, to preserve, to honor the living heritage of the rice fields. It is where tradition meets technology, and the future bows to the past. Roofs extend like wings, filtering the sun, collecting rain, and offering shade without shadow. Inside, spaces breathe with openness, blurring boundaries between interior and landscape. Here, walls are transparent and silence is celebrated.

UNDER THE SKY

Not just a chair, not quite a lounger. It’s more like a sculpted cradle of obsidian stone, ergonomically carved and inlaid with memory foam wrapped in pale, almost pearl-colored fabric. The material is always warm, never wet, and seems to respond to your body like something alive.

THE EDGE OF THE NIGHT

Since its completion, night has never lifted from Sirene. Satellite images show daylight touching every neighboring district, except Sirene. In the gated community, the sky remains in constant indigo, a quiet twilight where the moon is always rising but never fully risen.

TTHE POOL HOUSE

he design flows like water itself. It is fluid, light, and free of excess. Every surface, every shadow, feels intuitive, as if carved by wind and sun rather than hand and tool. Materials are natural, tactile, and honest: warm stone underfoot, soft-toned concrete, pale wood aged by light. The palette is neutral, whispering rather than shouting, allowing nature’s hues, the shimmer of the pool, the rustle of leaves, the golden spill of afternoon light to take center stage.

COASTAL ELEGANCE

Inside, there is no boundary between in and out. Sliding glass opens entirely, erasing thresholds and letting breeze and birdsong drift through. Furnishings are low, unpretentious, yet exquisite in detail of a masterclass in restraint. There is no clutter, only clarity. No decoration, only intention.

LONG NIGHT JOURNEY

The lighting awakens like candlelight that is low, warm, and golden. Embedded LEDs outline the pool’s edge, casting soft ripples on the surrounding walls. The interior glows from within, as pendant lights and under-shelf illumination flicker like fireflies. What was once quiet becomes intimate and inviting, setting the stage for evenings shared.

Hands move, voices rise and fall, and suddenly—the kitchen table breathes. A canvas of meals, memories, and spontaneous conversations. It catches the scatter of flour, the shimmer of olive oil, the dance of sunlight through half-filled glasses. It holds elbows leaning in, secrets softly spoken, and stories shared over simmering pots and passing plates.

Tucked beneath the soft shadows of tropical foliage and kissed by the last light of day, The Pink Bar glows like a secret waiting to be told. With curves that echo the rhythm of conversation and a blush tone that feels both bold and tender, it is not just a bar. It is an experience wrapped in color, mood, and memory.

THE GOLDEN HOURS

Between the stillness of the pool and the quiet strength of the pool house lies a transition so gentle, it’s almost invisible. A soft gradation where architecture becomes landscape, and water becomes air. There are no hard edges here. Just flow. Stone melts into timber, timber into light, light into reflection. The floor extends from the pool house toward the water in gentle steps and tonal shifts

THE POOL & VIP LOUNGE

The pool is not just a body of water — it is the soul of the space. Still and fluid at once, it anchors the architecture while mirroring the sky, the trees, and every shifting mood of the day. It is both presence and pause. A horizon held close. he materials are tactile, timeless: light terrazzo, soft stone, the occasional ripple catching gold from the sun or silver from the moon. It is not loud. It doesn’t need to be. Its beauty is effortless — a surface that reflects without asking to be seen.

PARADISE UNVEILED

The edges blur, the water deepens in hue—a quiet gradient of gold to blush to violet. Every ripple becomes a brushstroke, painting the reflections of swaying palms, soft clouds, and the first stars daring to appear. This is the hour when time begins to slow, and the pool becomes not just a place—but a feeling.

COASTAL LIFESTYLE

You float with the breeze, eyes tracing the changing sky, skin kissed by the last warmth of the day. The laughter is lower, the conversations softer. Everything feels suspended, like the light on the water—temporary, perfect, unforgettable.

MORE THAN A LOUNGE

This is the VIP Lounge — not a room, but a state of refinement, carved from quiet confidence and cloaked in elegance. Its walls don’t boast, they breathe. Its furniture doesn’t flash, it invites. The palette is muted, layered in rich textures — charcoal linen, brushed brass, velvety suede, and stone that holds the cool of evening air.

TTHE GARDEN

he garden is designed to follow and emphasize the natural contours of the land. Terracing and soft undulations are visible, creating a dynamic and immersive landscape that feels like an extension of the earth. In the central foreground, there’s a series of neatly sculpted green hedges, almost like a labyrinth or maze. These hedges add texture and movement to the garden while guiding the eye naturally toward the architecture.

GREEN BRIDGE OF THE LAND

The planting strategy uses multiple layers—tall grasses, ground covers, and shrub layers to achieve a lush, naturalistic look. There’s a seamless transition between wild and manicured, suggesting a landscape that is both designed and allowed to grow freely. The architecture around it—cool stone, smooth walls, soft lighting— melts into the glow, becoming backdrop to the spectacle. The pink bar lights up in a warm haze, the pool house breathes deeper in shadow, and all paths seem to lead toward the water’s edge.

THE RIGHT PATH

The entire garden composition appears to direct the eye toward the horizon and ocean, using lines of sight, layers of vegetation, and the flow of terrain. This design strengthens the sense of openness and tranquility.

ETHE HORSE BARN
