The site is located in Labuan Bajo, Flores— near Komodo Airport (LBJ) and close to Komodo National Park, offering both accessibility and natural seclusion.

Set within the breathtaking landscape of Labuan Bajo, this integrated wellness and hospitality complex is designed as a tranquil retreat that celebrates nature, luxury, and holistic well-being. Comprising five thoughtfully arranged buildings, the development blends private care villas, dedicated wellness treatment facilities, outdoor recovery pools, and an intimate tent-inspired restaurant that floats harmoniously above the water. The architecture responds to its coastal setting, creating a seamless dialogue between built form and the surrounding sea, hills, and sky.
More than just a place to stay or dine, the complex offers a complete sensory journey where guests can restore their bodies in exclusive spa suites, unwind in outdoor pools, enjoy refined waterfront dining, and retreat to serene sleeping cabins immersed in nature. Every element is curated to deliver privacy, calm, and elevated experiences, positioning this destination as a unique wellness sanctuary in the heart of Labuan Bajo.

At the heart of our design philosophy lies a profound commitment to creating spaces that embody a harmonious blend of environmental consciousness, minimalist aesthetics, and the essence of barefootluxury. We believe that great design is not just about visual appeal; it is about a holistic experience that celebrates the environment, simplicity, and the sheer joy of being.
LabuanBajoisafishingtownlocatedatthe western end of the large island of Flores in theNusaTenggararegionofeastIndonesia. It is the capital of the West Manggarai Regency (Kabupaten Manggarai Barat), one of the eight regencies which are the major administrative divisions of Flores.
The design draws inspiration from Amanwana’s refined, nature-integrated luxury and Keemala’s sculptural, elevated architecture, blending intimate retreat sensibilities with imaginative, organic forms. Like Amanwana, the complex emphasizes seclusion, landscape immersion, and a light touch on the environment, while echoing Keemala’s elevated stilted structures and experiential spatial layering to create a distinctive, high-end wellness destination that feels both rooted in place and visually iconic.
At the same time, the project adapts these references to the unique identity of Labuan Bajo by integrating coastal views, tropical materiality, and a stronger relationship with water and terrain.

The 1,030 sqm site is defined by a majestic acacia tree, soft contours, and open views to the north.
The design language celebrates simplicity and material honesty. uxury tent-style architecture with modular forms, neutral color palette in beige, sand, and taupe tones. Elegant canvas roofs, light structural frames, and open airy interiors blending seamlessly with the landscape.

The wellness facilities are designed as an exclusive retreat composed of five separate buildings, integrating private care villas, dedicated procedure suites, and two outdoor recovery pools that serve as the central relaxation experience within the landscape. Each private care unit functions as a self-contained wellness sanctuary, offering personalized treatment and privacy for guests. The procedure rooms are clustered to support professional therapy services with efficiency and consistency. The outdoor pools are framed by shaded decks and relaxation areas to encourage slow, restorative moments throughout the day.
1 Procedure Room 2850 Individual treatment rooms for massage, therapy, and wellness procedures. It is dedicated to treatments, hydrotherapy, diagnostics, medical consults, and therapy rooms.
3 Recovery Pool 950 Warm water pools for hydrotherapy and recovery.

The restaurant is envisioned as a luxury tent-inspired structure combined with a floating dining experience, seamlessly blending with the surrounding natural landscape. The lightweight yet sculptural tent roof creates an airy, resort-like atmosphere while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and intimacy. Elevated above the ground and partially floating over water, the restaurant offers guests an immersive connection with nature, enhancing both visual and sensory experience. The layout prioritizes small, intimate seating clusters, ensuring privacy and personalized service for each guest. Warm, natural materials such as wood, fabric, and soft ambient lighting reinforce the tranquil, high-end dining ambiance, making the restaurant a refined complement to the wellness facilities.

2 Floating Dinning 2100 Elevated or deck-based dining over water; premium seating with panoramic views and soft ambient lighting.

350 Professional kitchen, cold room, dry storage, staff prep, service corridor, and MEP/technical equipment.
4 Pool 500 Wellness-style pool integrated with restaurant experience; relaxation deck, sun loungers, and shaded cabanas.
Restaurant Area
Tent Dinning = 1800 sqm
Floating Dinning = 2250 sqm
Overall Total = 4050 sqm
With a capacity of approximately 40–50 guests, this zone allows the restaurant to operate efficiently while still offering attentive, personalized service.
This space is intentionally more limited in seating, accommodating around 24–32 guests, to preserve its exclusivity and scenic value.
The kitchen is sized to serve up to 80 guests at peak capacity, ensuring smooth service even when both dining zones are fully booked.
With space for around 20–30 guests lounging at any given time, the pool area is designed for relaxation, social interaction, and visual appeal.
The 200 sqm cabin provides an intimate and serene stay, while the 400 sqm cabin delivers a more exclusive villa-style experience with added wellness features. Together, these cabins create a personalized, tranquil accommodation experience that complements the overall wellness concept of the site. The development features 75 units of premium luxury private care rooms, each thoughtfully designed with a generous area of approximately 70 square meters to ensure comfort, privacy, and a holistic healing experience. Every room functions as an intimate wellness sanctuary, blending refined contemporary design with calming natural elements, soft lighting, and seamless indoor–outdoor connections.

There are 6 units of cabin. The cabin is best suited for couples or solo travelers seeking privacy within a smaller footprint. It is included 1 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, pantry, and ocean view balcony.
There is only 1 limited cabin. This cabin type offers higher luxury, more space, and stronger connection to the surrounding landscape. It is included 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, pantry, and ocean view balcony.
3 Private Care Suite 5700 Individual treathment room for therapy and medical procedures. This is the private suite in the lower ground of the land.
Luxury Type L = 200 sqm each building, 1200 sqm in total
Premium Type XL = 400 sqm each building
There are 75 suite rooms with 70 sqm each. This cabin type offers closer accessibility to the medical treathment.
Private care suite = 70 sqm each building, 5700 sqm in total This facility is developed in the same building with Wellness Facilities.
