Elementary School Weekly Bulletin 10/18/2023 Prayer for Current Events Dear God, please help us in this time of world crisis. Keep us strong, so that we may move forward and continue to do your will as Christians. We pray that you unite our minds and hearts, so that we may work together to find peaceful solutions to manmade conflicts. We pray for the victims of war and violence. Finally, we pray for the children. May they know that while violence and political turmoil seem to be the norm now, they do not always have to be. Little Hawks Basketball The Xavier Youth Basketball Association (“XYBA”) is pleased to announce youth basketball instructional practices for boys and girls “Little Hawks” which will run from November through February. These sessions are open to students at both Xavier Elementary School campuses. Led by parent volunteer coaches, our Little Hawks program is aimed at introducing our young student athletes to the game of basketball while developing basic skills in a fun environment.
