Be “In the Know” about Celebrate 2024 Celebrate is a little over one week away! You can participate in many ways regardless of whether or not you are not attending in person. Online Bidding on the Silent and Super Silent Auctions IS OPEN:You can participate in the silent auction regardless of whether or not you are attending—bidding can happen from anywhere. Anyone can click here on the GiveSmart link to start bidding early (and often!) beginning Thursday! It is FREE for anyone to register to bid on and look at all of the silent auction items. (Note: to place any bids or to donate, you are required to put a credit card on file, but it will only be charged if you are the winning bidder or donate.) Raffle Tickets: You don’t have to attend Celebrate to be in on the chance to win our great raffle prizes! All Celebrate raffle tickets (with the exception of the Hawk Ticket) were sent home with students and you can purchase the Hawk ticket and/or additional raffle tickets at the Xavier Scrip Office through Monday, January 29th. Our thanks to all of the families who have already purchased and sent back raffle tickets. Reminder that all are to be returned by Monday (1/29). Volunteers NEEDED! We don’t want to sounds desperate, but…we need about 100 volunteers the weekend of Celebrate and we still need many adult volunteers to help that evening. Click here for the

Catholic Schools Week Join us for Catholic Schools Week Mass on Wednesday at 10:50 at St. Bernard. Students will also be celebrating with themed dress days all week. Monday: Pajama Day Tuesday: Grill Dads and Soccer Moms Wednesday: Dress Up Day for Mass Thursday: Dress Like Your Favorite Saint / Principal Friday: Athletes and Mathletes

ACT Prep Class Attention Class of 2025 Parents and Students: ACT Test Prep will be offering a class at Xavier to prepare students for the upcoming test on February 10th. The prep class is scheduled for February 5th-8th from 4pm7:15 pm. A practice exam, teacher-led instructional sessions, and materials will be provided to participating students. If you are interested in signing up for the prep class, please visit: www.act-testprep.com This is a great opportunity for students who took the October exam to improve upon their scores. Any questions should be directed to Mrs. Jones.
