Celebrate Admission Closes This Week!

Raffle Tickets are in Backpacks!

Last chance to purchase admission to Celebrate! The Regular Admission deadline is TODAY at midnight. Click here to register online.

Raffle tickets on sale NOW! —anyone can purchase raffle tickets— you don’t need to attend Celebrate to buy chances to win great raffle prizes!

If you haven’t already, check your student’s backpack as tickets were sent home. Our thanks to Kate Geenen’s Sport and Society classes for helping us stuff the envelopes.

Raffle tickets and money are due Monday, January 29th.

Hawk tickets are only sold at the scrip office preevent. Additional raffle tickets for all other raffles are also available for purchase at the Xavier Scrip Office.

Adult Event Volunteers Needed! PLEASE consider volunteering. Check out the SignUpGenius and see all of the options. We’d love your help and for you to enjoy the night with us.

ACT Prep Class Attention Class of 2025 Parents and Students: ACT Test Prep will be offering a class at Xavier to prepare students for the upcoming test on February 10th. The prep class is scheduled for February 5th-8th from 4pm7:15 pm. A practice exam, teacher-led instructional sessions, and materials will be provided to participating students. If you are interested in signing up for the prep class, please visit: www.act-testprep.com This is a great opportunity for students who took the October exam to improve upon their scores. Any questions should be directed to Mrs. Jones.

Summer PE Registration Interested in summer PE? Use this link to register.

Graduation Measurements & Ordering Mr. Brick from Brickhouse School Services will be visiting Xavier on Tuesday, January 23rd during both lunch periods. He will be measuring seniors for their caps and gowns for graduation, as well as taking orders for announcements and Class of 2024 keepsakes. Parents are welcome to visit during lunches to ask questions and place orders or orders can be placed online. Ordering information is available on the Xavier website.

Driver's Education The next driver's ed classes held at Xavier are scheduled to begin on April 8, 2024. Information is available on the Xavier website. Register soon to hold your spot!

Schedules Students received their Term 3 schedules in their email earlier this week.

Schedules should be checked carefully. Any changes required for Term 3 need to be requested by Wednesday, January 24th. Forms for requesting changes are available in the Counseling Suite.

Families of seniors Need some help or more information about the FAFSA? We have a great page of information for you in the Student Support section of our website.

We also want to make you aware of specific help sessions available for FAFSA completion: College Goal Wisconsin provides free information and assistance to families completing the FAFSA. Virtual events are scheduled for January 17, 24, and 31. January 31 is a Spanish-speaking event. In-person events are also available.
