The holiday season in Colorado is nothing short of magical, and our Wyndham Hill neighborhood is no exception. With the cold winter weather comes a host of festive events and activities that you won't want to miss.

Tradition continues with our 8th Annual Santa and Sleigh Ride Event. You can join us at the clubhouse on December 12th from 5pm-7pm. Take a horse-drawn hayride and visit with Santa himself. Don't forget to snap a photo with Santa, and while you're there, grab a hot drink and some delicious treats from our favorite dessert shop, The Dessert Stand.

Three days later, you can see the Annual Santa Run with the Frederick Firestone Fire Department.

NEWSLETTER UPDATE

Starting in 2024, our community newsletters will be going out quarterly rather than monthly. You can expect to see the first newsletter of 2024 in February.

NEW CLUBHOUSE RENTAL INFO We know many of our residents have been asking

about the clubhouse rental policy and if there will be any changes made to how the clubhouse is rented.

The board, along with the Clubhouse/Pool committee, worked through many options and are excited to present to Wyndham Hill, our new rental policy that will take effect on January 1, 2024.

The new rental agreement will include a new and lower rental rate, as well as a new option for cleanup procedures. The board is excited to share the complete information with you later this year once the rental agreement has been completely updated and finalized. We think residents will be happy with this new rental agreement and look forward to seeing our beautiful clubhouse get more rental use.

UPCOMING ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING If you haven’t heard yet, our Annual Budget and Election Meeting will be taking place on January 8 at 7:00pm at the Clubhouse - 6401 Saratoga Trail.

We will be discussing all items the current board has voted on for the 2024 upcoming budget. The good news, there will be no proposed increase in dues! There will also be an election for 3 board members positions.

A formal form of communication will be sent out regarding the meeting.

2023 HOA BOARD ACCOMPLISHMENTS The HOA Board has had a successful year in 2023 with several notable accomplishments. Our focus on promoting greater resident involvement in the management and care of our community and assets was instrumental in our achievements.

We established three committees, the Landscape Committee, Pool/Clubhouse Committee, and Code and Safety Committee. These committees were formed to encourage and increase residential input. These committees proved to be a vital avenue for residents to share ideas and concerns, that helped improve our community. We are grateful for their contributions and look forward to continuing to build upon these committees in 2024.

We were delighted to report that we completed repairs to the pool and updated the camera system just in time for the pool season. The camera updates significantly improved security. We saw the best pool season to date, with very few closures and minimal trespassing and vandalism incidents.

Another significant accomplishment was our commitment to improving communication with residents. We have been sending regular newsletters, social media postings, and emails to keep everyone informed. This has been an effective way to keep everyone updated on community events and developments. It is important to note, our monthly newsletters will be changing to quarterly, as we head into 2024.

Despite the challenges we faced, we completed and updated the Aggregate Blvd project. It took longer than initially anticipated, but we are proud of the result and appreciated everyone's patience and cooperation during the process.

The board is proud of the progress we made in 2023 and are committed to continuing our efforts to make our community a better place in 2024. For a full list of our 2023 accomplishments, please join us for our Annual Budget Meeting on January 8 at 7pm.
