CLUBHOUSE RENTAL UPDATE
Your HOA Board has heard resident feedback about renting out the clubhouse. We have been working with the pool/clubhouse committee to revise the clubhouse rental terms and hope to have an update by the end of the month
LANDSCAPING UPDATE
You have hopefully noticed that many of the summer projects are coming to a close. It has been a busy season for both the landscaping company and the board, but we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, despite the challenges and delays that occurred the over last few months. The board truly appreciates everyone’s patience and understanding throughout the process.
We are now seeing our beautiful green grass again around the clubhouse. Once we see cooler
weather, seed will be placed over top of the dredged areas.
The majority of the Natural Grasses and Natural Beauty Bands should be mowed! Some areas, however, were not cut back. This was due to a few factors:
1. Residents are “moving” into the native grass areas behind their fence, making it difficult for landscaping to cut back the area near fence lines.
2. Some residents specifically asked the landscapers not to trim the native grasses near their fence, for fear they would damage the fences.
3. A few Native Grass areas are overrun with weeds and need to receive more control treatment to kill the weeds before cutting can continue.
4. Problems with debris, such as piles of broken concrete, rock piles, and tree stumps are damaging the mowing equipment.

Please remember, the Native Grass areas are not part of residential property and must be upheld in the same standards as the rest of the public areas in the community If there is debris in the way, these areas cannot be properly mowed and kept up
Lastly, our Aggregate Blvd Project is almost complete They have been out working quickly, but the project has continued to be pushed back due to weather The board has really stayed on top of landscaping and have seen a lot of progress in the last 3 weeks Payments are being withheld until the project and all contractual work is properly completed
A THANK YOU NOTE
The HOA Board would like to give a special thank you to our committee members, vendors and volunteers who helped during the pool season We know the pool would not have seen as many positive improvements had it not been for their help.
The HOA Board polled residents within our Facebook Group and via Nextdoor to decide if residents would like to see the pool closure extended. It was overwhelmingly voted YES. So with that, the new date for the pool closure will be SEPTEMBER 10.
Thank you for helping us make the 2023 pool season better than past seasons.
POOL CLOSURE REMEMBERING 9/11
September 11, 2001, was a tragic day in the history of the United States It is important we remember this tragedy and not only honor the lives lost, but also recognize the reslience and strength of the American People
To honor the day, many people observe a momoent of silence at 8:46am - the time when the first plane crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Take a moment to reflect on the heroes and those who lost their lives that day. Never Forget.
