DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS

FALL 2024

TENNESSEE
FRANKLIN

At Wyelea, our homeowners are at the heart of everything we do. From the very beginning, our promise to you has been to deliver clear and timely updates on our construction progress. We are thrilled to present the first edition of The Current. In this publication, you’ll find updates on the development of both our infrastructure and amenities. Our focus remains on crafting architectural and design aesthetics that not only enhance, but seamlessly blend into the natural landscape. To keep you connected to our vision for Wyelea, each edition will feature photography and renderings that bring our plans to life. We hope you enjoy this glimpse into our progress and look forward to working closely with you in the coming months. If you or your design team have any questions, please contact arcoordinator@wyelea.com.

INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1 THE COMMONS

WATER & SEWER SYSTEM

The self-contained wastewater treatment facility at Wyelea has been completed and approved by the Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation (TDEC). This state-of-the-art system highlights Wyelea’s commitment to sustainability, delivering exceptional performance and operational efficiency.

This facility also provides Wyelea homesites with the distinct advantage of immediate sewer availability, unlike county lots on traditional septic where approvals can take up to 18 months to secure. This project marks a major investment and a key milestone in Wyelea’s development.

GRADING & INFRASTRUCTURE

The first phase of grading and infrastructure development is in progress, featuring the creation of the main entrance on Del Rio Pike, over a mile of newly paved roads, and underground utilities. This also includes The Post, Wyelea’s gatehouse, along with acres of parks and landscaped open space.

DESIGN REVIEW

We are excited to share that the first homes in Wyelea have been submitted for review to the Architectural Review Committee. We hope that you have completed your Gather process, which includes selecting your homesite, assembling a design team from our Design Guild, and conducting initial feasibility meetings. At this stage, you should also be ready to begin the design phase. If not, we highly recommend that you do so promptly to ensure your schedule remains on course.
