LEGACY BLOOMS

EXPLORE THE GROUNDS

DISCOVER THE AMENITIES

MEET THE DESIGN GUILD

FRANKLIN TENNESSEE

Nestled amongst 600 acres of rolling hills in Franklin, Tennessee, will lie a limited collection of private residences and well-suited social comforts crafted for uninterrupted discovery and quietude.

ROOTED BY NATURE

The 68 homesites and a 50-acre homestead are gracefully distanced—dappled among the rolling hills, tucked under the shade of beeches and maples, and along over two miles of West Harpeth riverfront—offering both privacy and a sense of belonging.

The grounds will house a private members’ club replete with equestrian facilities, riding trails, racquet sports, swimming, fitness, and dining—creating a simple elegance of life in a landscape unlike anywhere else.

It is not our intention to remove every burden, but to leave what’s cumbersome to capable hands.

At the Heart LIES A VILLAGE

The comforts at Wyelea offer an exquisite level of hospitality and service. Each is cultivated for respite and recreation, allowing our owners and members to enjoy the sway between solitude and connection. A misty morning fly-fishing excursion, a rejuvenating soak at the pool, a meal created with fresh herbs from the picking garden. Every moment at Wyelea extends an invitation to engage with nature’s reverie.

CULINARY

Join us for a culinary journey that honors our bountiful land and celebrates the everchanging seasons. Indulge in meats and cheeses sourced from local farmers and purveyors. Enjoy fresh herbs and produce, handpicked and foraged from the kitchen gardens and grounds. At Wyelea, every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen and expertly prepared to captivate the senses and nourish our community.

EQUESTRIAN

Explore miles of trails to a symphony of rustling leaves and rhythmic hoofbeats, where rider and horse can find solace or society. Enjoy the company of fellow equestrians in our stable lounge, or ride in any condition under the covered arena. Wyelea fosters connection and calls for the meticulous care of each equestrian and their animal.

BETWEEN THE RIVER AND THE TREES

Secluded hillsides, quiet pastures, and lush riverfront unfold into The Commons, a gathering place designed for delight and relaxation. Its offerings will include the restaurant, bar and lounge, indoor athletics, event space, pool, and wellness center.

WELLNESS

To be fully present in their daily pursuits, some find peace through solitude in nature while others ground themselves by honing their bodies and will. Wellness at Wyelea is informed by each individual’s wants and needs, set against nature and our exceptional facilities. Consult our capable staff, dedicated to creating a sanctuary for well-being.

EXPERIENCES

Within these grounds, life unfurls with leisure, adventure, and community. Enrich your understanding with recreational and culinary experiences led by the region’s most accomplished instructors. Take part in guided hikes, sporting excursions, and horticulture classes. Attend intimate concerts, educational symposiums, and wine tastings conducted by our sommelier. Here, where the refined and wild merge, camaraderie, curiosity, and admiration flourish.

Every structure, seemingly sprung from the earth, is an integral part of the village and land itself.

Makers Gathered THE DESIGN GUILD

Each home at Wyelea will be meticulously designed by a guild of the region’s most respected architects to nestle neatly into the landscape, carefully considering every material, finish, and natural focal point of the land. Owners will be granted rare access to the Guild members, each attuned to Wyelea’s philosophy and residential design code, making for a thoughtful journey that contributes to both the beauty of individual dwellings and the greater mosaic of structures throughout the grounds.
