Newsworthy Points • Two Day Prayer Retreat Coming Up Pray for our December 6 & 7 prayer retreat. Our office will close for two days to “Be still and know that I am God.”

• Fall Mission Conferences Praise for the Dordt College (28th Annual Hug-ALinguist Day) and Taylor University mission conferences. Pray that the young people who have expressed interest in our work would follow through. • Window On Wycliffe Praise for the WOW’s held this fall in Des Moines, IA, Indianapolis, IN and Chicago, IL. Over 30 participants came to learn more about service with Wycliffe. • Membership Stats Praise that so far in October and November, 9 people from our region have applied for membership.
This is the first complete Bible in the 869 vernacular languages of Papua New Guinea ! In 1987 the 1300 Dadibi people received the New Testament. However, the people longed to have God’s complete Word. George and Georgetta McDonald (Wycliffe translators) went back to Papua New Guinea and worked with the people to complete this milestone for the country.
• Wedding plans underway! Praise that our daughter Rachel and Chris Wassenaar will be married (D.V.) December 21. Pray for good weather and God’s blessing on their marriage.

artnerships. It means different things to different people. To people in business it describes a type of business relationship. To an athlete it means a way to make even more money. through the selling of products. To friends, partnerships mean a dependable person in a time of need. In the New Testament the English word “partnership” in Greek is “Koinwniva”, which means “joint participation or fellowship.” It also means “a gift jointly contributed, a collection, a contribution, as exhibiting an embodiment and proof of fellowship.” That is the participation Paul and Timothy experience from the saints in Phillipi. It is the fellowship that is necessary for the spread of the Gospel. It is also the fellowship we need in our ministry. In our last newsletter we mentioned that currently
our support needs are not being fully met. Our monthly support is averaging around 80% of our living
so. On this card you can indicate your area of interest in supporting us. All gifts on our behalf are tax deductible since they are receipted through Wycliffe. Did you know that Wycliffe is partners with a mission organization know as STEER, Inc. This unique ministry allows farmers and ranchers to use their farms and ranches to support individual missionaries.
