Terms & Conditions
Strictly over 16’s only
We will issue a disclaimer form to the main organiser who will sign to confirm they will share this with all guests in the party (this will also be displayed in spa reception area). Please provide a full list of guests attending. All prebooked food and beverage must be consumed within the spa session period (unless full day, in which this will be served during 1pm – 2pm) and will not be available outside of your contracted hours.
Hydro-Massage and Sound Beds are an additional extra and must be pre booked and are subject to availability. We can reserve the Hydro-Massage and/or Sound Beds for a block booking; however, sessions cannot be paid individually and will form part of the contract and payment terms
Private hire of the Y Spa must be contracted outside six weeks to arrival. Due to the nature of the Heat and water facilities alcohol consumption will be limited to 3 alcoholic drinks per person.We reserve the right to refuse admittance or to allow further alcohol consumption if any guest appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Your party must not bring food or drinks onto our premises to eat or drink here and items will be confiscated and disposed of and your party may be asked to leave.
