At Long Rake Spar we are commited to creating a sustainable future by doing our part in protecting the environment and wherever we can reducing our carbon footprint.

We are proud to have helped improve social and economic well-being of our local communities, through support of projects and charities.

Furthermore, we carefully select supply partners with the same ethos.

All our plastic and bulk bags contain 30% post consumer waste and are fully recyclable.

Collection of empty packaging can be arranged through companies such as ‘Tradebe’ and ‘Biffa’, or can be taken to your nearest recycling drop off point.

Every tonne of plastic recycled saves 1.8 tonnes of crude oil being used.

Advertising

All external advertising is supplied on 100% recyclable material.

The timber for our displays is all sourced from a FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) registered company.

Fleet vehicles

We are well into the process of changing our fleet of vehicles onto pure electric.

This will remove a significant number of tonnes of CO2 from our carbon footprint.
