Director CNCI, Kolkata, invites interested applicants for attending a walk-in-interview to be held on 24 02.2023 at 11 AM in the CNCI Auditorium (5th floor of Research Wing) for recruitment of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Health Research, Govt. of India sponsored project entitled “Identification and characterization of exosomal microRNAs with prognostic and therapeutic implications in non-small cell lung cancer: An approach towards molecular therapeutic developments for patients exposed to tobacco smoke and arsenic” under Dr. Dona Sinha, Principal Investigator
Post: JRF (01) in the Department of Receptor Biology and Tumor Metastasis, CNCI.
Essential Qualification: First class M.Sc in any branch of Biological Sciences with NET/GATE
Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years, subject to annual review of the work done.
Fellowship: Rs. 31000.00 +HRA 27%
Age limits: Maximum 28 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement (relaxable for suitable PWD/SC/ST/OBC/women candidates, as per Govt. Rules).
Applicants are requested to appear at walk-in-interview on 24.02.2023 at 11 AM in the CNCI auditorium (5th floor of the research wing) with an application in the prescribed format (visit website: cnci.ac.in/careers/) with a complete bio-data and other supportive documents pertinent to qualifications and experiences required for the above-mentioned post. Appointment of candidates as JRF in the ad-hoc research project will not bestow any right for regularization to any temporary or permanent post in the institute or elsewhere. This position does not necessarily lead to obtaining a Ph.D. degree in the future.
