How are we performing?

Welcome to our latest performance report. The information in this report is gathered from the three months between October and December 2022. It’s designed to show you, our residents, how we’re doing and give you the opportunity to question us. It’s also a chance for you to see the areas where we are looking to make improvements and have a say in how we do that. It is this data that informs how we work and where we need to focus on. It helps us both operationally and strategically decide what we need to do, why and when.
