and welcome to the first edition of Celyn Avenue News You told us that a newsletter was the best way for us to keep you up to date on Celyn Avenue news. Thank you all for taking the time to chat to us over the last few months to tell us your views of Celyn Avenue. You’ve spoken to us in your homes and at a drop-in meeting in the communal lounge and you’ve given us lots of useful feedback that we will use to improve your scheme.

What we are doing: In 2016, we will: • improve the outside of the scheme to make it look more attractive • install a new door entry system, with separate key system, to make all blocks more secure • refurbish the Communal lounge after the works have been completed • install wifi in the communal lounge for residents and other members of the community to use
