From November, Silver Nova arrives in the Caribbean with itineraries to gorgeous hidden harbours in Bequia and Gustavia along with a Panama Canal transit. Winter 2024 finds Silver Nova in South America with cruises from the Atacama Desert to the Chilean Fjords then journeying to Alaska for summer 2024. Choose from three different 7-day itineraries from May – September. Cruise the majestic Hubbard Glacier, search for whales, dolphins and sea lions within the Inside Passage. What strikes you first about Silver Nova is the space –the first of the new Evolutionary Class from Silversea, she is indeed their largest and most spacious ship.

An element of this spacious yet intimate feel comes from the new asymmetrical design which creates unique ‘pockets’ of space throughout the ship, including alcoves of sun loungers and seating areas for quiet (and relatively private) relaxation.

BRAND NEW POOL DECK

The new look pool area also highlights the ship’s asymmetrical design, providing various seating areas, a fantastic new bar area and sun loungers over two decks, the top deck inclusive of new infinity hot tub, the Cliff Whirlpool.

RESTAURANT FAVOURITES

When it comes to dining, Silver Nova has nine restaurants on offer including the more recent Silversea favourites – La Terrazza, Salt Kitchen and Atlantide, all of which are of similar look and

feel to those on Silver Dawn and Silver Moon (though larger) so loyal guests will recognise.

LUXURY SUITE EXPERIENCE

Silver Nova boasts 13 suite categories, the largest variety available in the cruise line’s history. Each suite offers a private veranda, roomy walk-in closets, walk-in shower or large bathtub and luxury amenities.

All in all, I was hugely impressed with Silver Nova, the refinements, additions and upgrades work perfectly in enhancing the Silversea experience, whilst retaining the many favourite spaces, touches and service levels Silversea guests treasure. I fully intend to enjoy Silver Nova (or perhaps sister-ship Silver Ray joining the fleet in 2024) again in the not too distant future!
