Offer may be withdrawn at any time, and if the agreement between Cruise118.com and World of Cruising ends prematurely for any reason, subscription will end even if the full 12 month period has not elapsed. Satisfaction Guarantee: refunds will be for the cruise fare only. Guests must never have booked with Cruise118.com before or on the cruise line they intend to travel. The lead passenger of the booking must inform Cruise118.com’s Customer Service Team of their intention to leave the ship within 24 hours of embarkation.

Guests will be disembarked at the next available port in which a suitable flight is available to fly guests back to the UK. Guests may be flown back into an airport that was not their original point of exit from the UK. The cruise cannot be substituted for a land based holiday. Refunds of the cruise aspect of the holiday will be processed within 28 days of return to the UK.
