PRIIP Cloud An industry-leading platform for the creation of PRIIP KIDs and related risk calculations for derivatives.

The EU PRIIPs Regulation requires structured products manufacturers to produce a Key Information Document (KID) for each product that they offer to retail investors. The KIDs must contain risk numbers, which need to be updated daily, and be prepared in the investor’s language of choice. We offer a front-to-back KIDs solution backed by Tier 1 manufacturers, which supports thousands of payoff variations in 23 languages and integrated risk calculations.

WSD Workflow allows clients to automate the routing of documents to internal and external stakeholders for review, negotiation, sign-off, execution, filing and archiving.

Each workflow can be configured to include both “human steps” and “machine steps”.

Machine steps are API calls to other WSD services as well as third-party services that perform automatable steps, such as data extraction, document markups, automatic reminders and escalations to supervisors.

U.S. issuers with SEC registered structured notes programs can combine WSD Workflow with WSD DocAuto and WSD EDGAR to achieve close to 100% automation rates and implement true STP processes.

Built around a distributed database, DataHub offers a sophisticated API to store, retrieve, and consolidate reference data for structured products. It comes with existing import and export interfaces to other market participants (e.g., Connexor data from SIX Swiss exchange).
