The following booklet showcase Westminster’s new and exciting strategic vision called REALIZE 2020, the 2.0 version of our last strategic plan that further strengthens that work and advances Westminster toward even higher levels of mission excellence.
We are especially grateful for all those in the school community who were interviewed and completed online surveys, helping us better understand Westminster’s performance relative to what you value most. The board of trustees and faculty spent a great deal of time pouring over the survey results and creating priorities to further strengthen the overall Westminster experience for our students.
In June 2015, the board of trustees approved REALIZE 2020, and we now move from vision to action as we pursue seven goals through concrete, measurable strategies.
