SPROUT Kits
Bilingual SPROUT Kits, distributed seasonally for free to hundreds of local families, encourage local kids to learn from and play with their food while increasing food literacy. A collaboration with local educators, youth gardening initiatives and the farm to early childhood education program, SPROUT Kits provide experiential learning opportunities. Local families can engage with seasonal eating and develop cooking and gardening skills. See page 65 to learn more.
