The Writers' Exchange at 877 Nathan and Jojo Play Games By Nathan, age 9 This morning, the characters were Mario and Cape. They were in Super Mario Odyssey. Nathan and Jojo fought bosses, and they got a moon and they went to the next kingdom. The end.

Hooky By Merkel, age 9 In Hooky was a palace. There was a war happening in Hooky between witches and non-magic people. There was an attack on the palace. Dani and Dorian and their parents fought back, but the father died. Dorian got burned; Dani thought he died, and then she cursed herself. Dani went to her mother’s castle and together they tried to figure out what Dani was. But they couldn’t figure it out, so Dani went to William, but that was just as a new war was breaking out. Suddenly, all of Dani’s memories came flooding back.

The Lost Me By Aimee, age 9 Hi, my name is Aimee. My story is called “The Lost Me.” One time I was lost, so I went shopping. I got a shirt and pants, so yay! I had clothes to survive the night and for days. I had no idea how many days I was gonna be there, so I got lots of clothes. And then I found myself and I went home and saw my sister. The end.

Bob the Kid By Belle, age 10

Once there was a boy and his name was Bob. Bob and his mum were going to the park! Bob went on the swings, but Bob was very very lonely. Bob wanted to leave, but deep down he knew that scary monster wasn’t so scary… He wanted to go to the swing again! He didn’t want to give up. Hi… To be continued…

Bowtie By Maliyah, age 6 The cat is climbing up a tree to grab the balloon. Then the cat grabs the balloon, then he grabs three balloons and flies in the sky.

Camping with My Family By Kay, age 10 One day, my family, my dog and I went camping. I went swimming. It was fun. I jumped in the water. Then I went to the campsite and I rode my bike around the campsite. It was getting dark, so we went to sleep. The next day I went swimming again. This time I jumped on a higher rock. I went to the campsite and played the rest of the day, and after that, I went to sleep. 2

Sisters Drama By Mary, age 11 My mom bought me an electric scooter for my late birthday. I was at Writers’ Exchange and when I came home my sister and I rode on it. My sister drove it and I was sitting. Then she hopped off the scooter but she was pressing the button to go faster by accident. When she clicked it, the scooter went so fast that she was running and I was screaming. Then she fell and I kept going for five seconds, but because I was sitting down, I couldn’t drive it. So I wobbled for a bit and then my sister fell on me.

La Guardia De Leon By Remy, age 11 Cailon and Mufasa were sitting down for a while and then they stood up and went for a walk. They found Scar and he started to make them scared and then their best friend came to help them. Because Scar needed help, he called his friends and his friends came to help and they all started fighting. Everyone saw the fight and everyone tried to stop it.

The Legendary Fire Pokémon By Jayden, age 13 In the forest, Pikachu shows Charizard and Charizard threw fire and some trees caught fire. The fire spread and the forest caught fire. They saw what was happening and they started running. Trees were falling. They felt like they ran for hours until they saw a mountain. They started running towards it. 3

Pocky Game By Madeline, age 7 Rumi, Zoey and Mira are walking in the forest. The demon showed up. The Demon, Rumi’s Dad, tried to take their souls. Rumi’s Dad, the boss of Demon, fights the girls with strong power. Rumi, Zoey and Mira fight back as a team. The demon disappeared.

Roblox By Carmen, age 11 Once upon a time I was playing Roblox with my friend (99 Nights in the Forest) and my mom called me from the bathroom. I said “yes,” but she didn’t answer. I said “brb” to my friend and then she said “ok” and I went to the bathroom and I said “yes?” to my mom and my mom said “what?” and I got so mad. To be continued.

Robocraft By Harry, age 9 Level: 56 Difficulty: 4.5 Objective: Try and get into the Robo end dimension. Number of Players: Single-player or multiplayer Story: Need to find Robo stronghold. You need to throw Eye of Ender.

Super Fun PNE Day By Jenelle, age 10 Rides: I am so happy. I was talking about it all day long. I really wanted to go on the upside down ride, and Enterprise, and Kettle Creek Mine Coaster, and Gladiator, and the Log Ride, and Dizzy Drop, and Sea-to-Sky. Food: I can’t wait to eat meat on sticks, drink lemonade, also eat potato sticks and McDonalds. Animals: I can’t wait to see the animals like the cows and the pigs. Chickens, too. 4

Sarah’s Birthday By Maysaa, age 9 So first Sarah fell down and then Sasha asked, “Are you ok?" Then Diala came and said, "Happy birthday, Sarah." Then Sundus came and said, “I brought you a cake” and then Marah came and she brought Sarah a gift. Then Maha said, "Let's go to a special place," and Sarah said, "Ok, Maha." Then Yasmeen came and said, “Let’s go to my house because I made a party for Sarah.” And then Sarah said, “Thank you Diala, Maha, Yasmeen, Sundus, Marah, Sasha!” And it was so fun.

Santa’s Surprise By Brissa, age 10 Santa, Jeevan, Sarah and Banafshe are at Santa’s house. They brought him a gift for a change. Santa was very surprised. It was in a big box with a big red ribbon on it. Santa ripped it open and it was a red and white bike. Happa 🙂

My Kittens By Marah, age 12 I love my kittens, they are so cute. Honey is a calico and she is a girl. Mochi is also a girl and she is half tabby and half calico. Honey is five months now and Mochi is six months. Honey is so funny and does funny things. Mochi is more serious, but they are both so kind and I love them so much. The end.

My Big Family By Sundus, age 11 I have four sisters. Two parents. Nine uncles. Four aunts. Three grandparents. 40 cousins. 5

Outside By Etenat, age 11 I go on a walk in the forest to see all the different sights. I see a cool looking flower. It is red and yellow. After that, I see a bee’s nest. I can hear bees buzzing. It is so loud so I walk away, then I see a flower. This time I know the name of it: it is a tulip. But it is starting to get late so I go home. But I hope I get to catch you next time. Bye!

The Flower By Diala, age 9 The dandelion was scared of the thunder. I got an umbrella and protected it from the noise. Then I was scared of the thunder. Maysaa came to help me. The thunder went away. Now Maysaa and I are besties, and the dandelion is safe.

The Beautiful Princess By Felicity, age 10 Once, there was a princess named Peach. One day, an evil dragon kidnapped the princess! The prince came to save Peach the Princess. He fought the dragon with his sword! The dragon felt bad and said “I’m sorry, I just wanted to be your friend!” The prince, princess and dragon became friends, and then the princess and prince got married.

School Escape By Yasmeen, age 12 Once upon a time, there were six girls going to school. So they went into the school. When they went in, they found no one there. So they went upstairs and found a big doll. One of the friends got scared, so they left. Then there were five left. The friends went and played with the doll. Then they went to the bathroom and the doll went with them and then the doll chased them out of the school. 6

Mom By Joshua, age 8 We were playing and reading games and after that we read on the couch.

Ronaldo Loses His Lucky Ball By Mohammad, age 10 Ronaldo, Messi and Mbappé were playing soccer and then Mbappé kicked the ball over the fence. I was walking by and then I saw a ball flying at my head and I dodged it. I said, “What the heck?” Then I went to give them the ball and then Ronaldo said, “Thank you, come play.” “Ok!” I went to play with them. Now we’re friends!!!!!

Chico Returns! By Ana, age 13 Once upon a time, there was a dog named Chico. He was a Chihuahua stuck in a snow globe for two years by a witch. The witch had skeleton tattoos, and he thought she was a bone snack, and he took her sandwich too. The witch was mad and said a spell to trap him in a snow globe until it was broken! Chico ran home to Ana, who was supposed to babysit him, but she let him go to the witch park. I fed him, gave him a bath, pet him and played more, and I never let him go to the park again.

The Villain and the Hero By Obadiah, age 8 It was a quiet night on the tropical island. 8-H-S-2 had always wanted to be rich, and tonight was the night. He walked into the bank and yelled at the top of his robotic lungs: “Get out!” Then everyone ran out. 8-H-S-2 flew to the safe and broke the safe open with his robot hand. Then the police came. They tried to catch the villain and superhero SH2DEN came to save the day. 7

Seymour Escape By Maha, age 11 Once, there was a group of girls who went to school together. When they got to school, they went to the lunchroom. They asked the lunch-lady for some breakfast, but when they got there they saw five zombies. They tried running, but Maysaa and Diala got bitten by the zombies. Maysaa and Diala turned into zombies. They tried to bite the other girls, but they ran away. They went to the top floor and hid in the storage room. The zombies followed them up the stairs. They tried finding the girls, but their hiding spot was too good. The zombies gave up and went back down the stairs, except Maysaa and Diala. The other girls pulled them into the storage room and locked the door. Quickly, they tied their arms behind their backs with ropes. They searched the storage room for information about the zombies but couldn’t find anything until Yasmeen found a little note about the zombies. It said: IF YOU WANT YOUR FRIENDS BACK, YOU MUST COMPLETE A CHALLENGE. YOU HAVE TO LURE THE ZOMBIES TO THE CAGE IN THE SCHOOLYARD. The girls left zombie Maysaa and zombie Diala in the storage room and went on the hunt for other zombies. They found two zombies in the lunchroom. Sundus distracted them by yelling, “ZOMBIESSSS!” The zombies went after Sundus, and she led them to the yard. Marah was holding the door open, and Sundus put the zombies into the cage. Soon all the zombies were in the cage. Then they went to the storage room and Maysaa and Diala were free from being zombies.

Gerald and Timy By Adnan, age 11 Gerald and Timy want to see the World Cup but they don’t have tickets. Together they decide to sneak in wearing Brazil scarves and jerseys. They hide under the stands. Brazil’s defender, Pedro, clears the ball high into the crowd and it hits a security guard in the back of the head. The fans laugh and cheer and the guard is embarrassed. This is Gerald and Timy’s chance. They walk nonchalantly past security and take two empty seats. The only person to know what they did was Pedro, who winked at them when he ran past. 8

My Perfect Day By Rojda, age 12 Once upon a time, I had the best day ever. First, I woke up and had lots of energy and my room was clean, and then a genie came out of nowhere and gave me three wishes. I asked for an electric scooter and it was in front of me. Then I went to Japan to the zoo to see Punch. I wished…

Molly and Bobbybob By M., age 12 Once upon a time, there was a monkey named Molly. Her friend was a squirrel named Bobbybob. They went to the jungle and they played on the trees. Bobbybob and Molly went to the river and played in the water. And then Molly ate bananas. Bobbybob ate chestnuts.

How to Play Volleyball By Aya, age 12 How to play volleyball? First, you have to have a volleyball, obviously, then have confidence. If you have someone, ask them to throw the volleyball slightly to you, then bend your knees and get your hands together and try to bump it up, not too powerful and not too weak. Don’t stand straight, usually stand on your toes so you’re ready to move way quicker. Then, for you to be able to set a volleyball, you open both of your hands like you’re trying to grab something, then put your hands together. There should be a diamond shape between both of your hands. When you hit the ball, it should be with the tips of your fingers or it will be counted as a carry. And that’s how you play volleyball.

The Writers' Room at Queen Alexandra Elementary Pinki is Hungry (Part 1) By Aurora, age 7

Pinki is walking around until she hears her tummy rumble. “Oh, I’m really hungry! I’m gonna ask Owen if he can get me some food.” But suddenly, a loud earthquake happens. “Ow! I fell on the floor. I don’t know how that happened since I am outside.” It clearly was Ratty 'cause he could make it feel like there was an earthquake since he made an invention that could shake the world. He was trying to make Pinki explode by feeding her too much but then Owen came to save her. Ratty says, “ Ah! You win this time.” Pinki is Hungry (part 2) coming soon...

Huntrix By Kianna, age 6 Once upon a time. there was a girl named Mira and her ten brothers came from Brentwood Elementary. Then they went to the picnic, then they went home and they made hot chocolate and popcorn. Then they went to bed.

PomPom and Bao Bun By Navy, age 9 and Bronte, age 9

One day, PomPom and Bao Bun were biking and bickering about whether all the ice cream should be strawberry or not. Then all of a sudden their mystery watch started beeping: beep beep beep. PomPom said: “Our mystery watches are beeping!” Bao Bun said: “I know, it is very annoying.” “No, Bao Bun, I mean we better see what is going on,” PomPom said. They biked over to the Crystal Cafe and said, “What is going on?” The manager said, “I am glad you came cause all our crystal cupcakes were stolen.” “Nooooooooooo!” Pompom said. Bao Bun said, “No, no, we better go find the crook.” “Lets GOOOOOOOO!” “PomPom, let’s not be too enthusiastic,” said Bao Bun. “Ok, ok, but we are here, can we get hot chocolate please?” “Fine but we better be quick.” After choco, they looked for evidence. They found a tiny tiny earring and a tiny bow and a tiny footprint. “Huh?” said PomPom. That is saying something because his footprints are really tiny. “Well, we should probably start looking for the crook.” They got on their bikes and went to the park and asked everyone when they went to the Crystal Cafe. All of the people said, “Yassss, I went yesterday.” “Hmmmmmmm,” said PomPom. “I think Jimmy,” said Bao Bun. “The squishmallow?” said PomPom. “No, PomPom, the hot dog. Of course the squishmallow. We have the suspects: Jimmy the squishmallow, Star the Star of Pea, and Quack. To never be continued.

Mega Charizard and the Dragon By Nico, age 7 Mega Charizard is married to his wife, and they have a son, the baby. They live on a mountain with a volcano. They like to eat honey from bees. They have lived near the volcano for a long time. One day, a firebreathing dragon came to steal their house. Mega Charizard and his wife fought off the dragon with lasers. The dragon ran away and never came back. The family was safe and lived happily ever after.

Random Stuff By Orion, age 9

Bad Poo comes from a moon of Uranus. It exploded and he got flung all the way to Earth. He got brain damage upon landing, making him evil. He got up and saw Ohio. A few days later, Bob posted it for sale on Facebook Marketplace. A buyer named Tim messaged him. Bob: “$450.” Tim: “How about $380?” Bob: “…Fine.” They agreed to meet in a dark alley. What Bob didn’t know was that Tim was actually an undercover police officer. The airport had too many missing passports, and police were trying to catch the thief. That night, Bob walked into the alley. Tim said, “I’ve got $380. Give me the passport, and I’ll give you the money.” Bob pulled out the passport. Suddenly – TEN police officers jumped out from behind trash cans, boxes, and one very suspicious mailbox! Bob was surrounded and arrested on the spot. The next day, Bob stood in court wearing handcuffs and mismatched socks. The judge banged the hammer and said, “Bob, you are guilty of fraud, identity theft, and selling stolen passports on Facebook Marketplace.” Bob whispered, “… I should’ve used eBay.” Everyone groaned. The other pirates took the toe hook, threw it at the barrel, and hooked it on the first try. Captain Gill ran down the forecastle to the main deck, and looked greedily over the rail as 15 men hauled the barrel over the rail onto the deck. Captain Phillips ran to the barrel and greedily started knocking on it, then he said, “Maybe it will be rum!” As soon as he said that, Phill Phillips popped out of the barrel and looked dead in Gill’s eyes and said: “Look at me; I’m the captain now!” “Uh! Brother, you stole me ship.” “I had to, brother. I had to,” said Phill. “Why? Why? Why me?” said Gill. “The One Piece, I’m hunting it, but the snowman of peepee’s men destroyed mine!” said Phill. “Fine,” said Gill as he fluttered his wings. “I will go to the vacation land.” “Bye Brother. Thank you for letting me have your ship.” said Phill to Gill as he flew away. Seven weeks later, when Phill was at the northern part of command, he ran into the snowman of peepee. But over the last seven weeks Phill had added a flamethrower to the bow to kill the snowman of peepee. The fight was ten seconds long. So Phill ran below deck to the flamethrower room, flipped ten switches, and aimed the flamethrower. The snowman evaporated. The One Piece was glowing behind where the snowman was. When Phill went to get it, he turned the engine on and the flamethrower off, got the One Piece, and left. Two days later, Phill got a phone call from Anvay saying, “Gill’s being a bully again!” “Where is he?” said Phill. “We’re at Vacation land.” “Oh yeah. While that happened, Poop and Teddy were going home with their new friends, 67, Pible and Ma-din-din-din-dindun. They had also made new enemies: Pickle the Nickel and Taly Waly. When they got home, Pickle the Nickel and Taly Waly kicked down the door. Poop and Teddy realized and ran away from them with 67 and Pible. Poop and Teddy luckily escaped, but Taly Waly and Pickle the Nickel captured 67 and Pible. At that moment, out of the glimpse of Teddy’s eye, he thought he saw someone a bit familiar! “Poop, did you see that?” “Ya, that was Jello but in a smaller form. Wait, wait, Jello!” Luckily Ma-din-din-din-din-dun hid in the house while everyone ran. After, he silently followed Taly Waly and Pickle the Nickel to see where they kidnapped 67 and Pible. The trash bag made an angry face and then threw the card across the room. It peered around and there it was, a fresh, unredeemed gift card. It quickly grabbed it and ate it greedily. (The end.) Gan14 Pro Versus QY Cube By Shayan, age 11 On February 7th, an unexpected thing happened. QY and his friends, NEX and QY2, were surprised to see that Gan was 10x faster than all of them and cooler, like the set came with two adjusters and lube. QY was so annoyed that Gan was fast. At first, QY was bragging that he was the best to QY2 and NEX, who was the oldest there. So they decided to make a portal to the Olympic Games before February 7th, which is a day before. So, they obviously got obsidian and flint steel to make another portal. But instead of athletes, snow and other stuff you may find in the Olympics, it was full of Rubik’s Cubes that were having the same problem. Betrayed by new cubes. The king of that new world was the oldest Rubik’s Cube from the 1900s or something. Everyone was annoyed that NEX, QY2 and QY were speed cubes, but they said they were like 3-1 years old. They were still—the Rubik's cubes were not impressed. But then NEX, QY2 and QY hated Gan and they were now slow. And after a second later the king asked why the newcomers didn't say they hated Gan. The 6X6’s, 4X4’s and Megaminx were happy because all cubes hate Gan. It has been 67 days and it was finally time that QY2 and QY and NEX finished Gan14 once and for all! But then they made another portal. It turns out that Gan14 M.P. was not there. A Gan Cube did come but it was Gan356 RS, QY and QY2 and NEX were happy—I mean grinning like CRAZY! Gan Cube was calm, fast and nice. Gan Cube also decided he could be friends with the slow speed cubes. The speed cubes said, “We would LOVE to!” And now that a timer and a 6X6 is in the collection, it was the best day. The owner will time every cube in the collection. Notes: This is a true story, except it was spiced to make you realize how bad Rubik's Cube feels when replaced with a better one. I was going to get a Gan14 M.P., but it was very far and expensive, so I got another one. It was really fast and great for timing. 10/10 cube and timer!

On September 10th, 2021, Kennth’s crew hopped on the jet. The flight is from Vancouver to Japan, the long way around the world. To give a letter to Donald Dump and Random Guy in Japan. Kennth’s jet taxis down the runway. Meanwhile, breaking news: hijacking monster on the loose. Kennth’s jet took off into the air in the morning. At the White House to give a letter to Donald Dump, but he was in the shower, so they waited ten minutes. Then Donald Dump got the letter. Then he told the hijacking monster to follow them on the jet. Then Clark had a feeling something was following him. He didn’t tell anyone because he didn’t want them to think he was a scaredy cat. Now they are going to New York to see the view and check the place out because they were close by, so might as well. Now they are taxiing down the runway preparing for take off. Now they are midair. It is night time. Kennth and Clark go to sleep and the copilot goes to sleep. Only the pilot is awake. Now the pilot also falls asleep. The monster attacks. Now it’s September 11th, 2021. The monster turns the plane into the Freedom Tower, but Kennth wakes up before they hit the Freedom Tower. Kennth slapped the monster with a flip flop and woke the pilot up. “Ahh!!!” The pilot said, “What do you want?” “Turn the jet or we will hit the Freedom Tower in about 67 seconds.” Then the pilot turned the plane sideways, left. Adventures of the String Bass and the French Bow (Night and Day) By Adara, age 13 There once was a popular string bass named Stringy. She was a rule follower and the smartest bass in class. Stringy had a lot of friends, but her best friend was Bowey. They were made by the same woodworker and grew up as a pair. One day in late spring, Bowey had a bad day at school; he failed a test. He didn't get enough sleep and, worst of all, when the human child came around, they forgot to tighten him, leaving Bowey feeling out of tune and sad. So late at night, Stringy decided to break her first rule: she had to skip school! Dun-dun-duhhhh!! But it was to cheer up Bowey, so she felt it was a good enough reason. So she pulled out her phone and called the woodworker to help cheer up Bowey. Sadly, he was busy, but he didn't hang up. He brought up the music festival at the PNE that was happening that day. Stringy decided that that’s what was gonna cheer him up. At 10am, Stringy woke Bowey up and started the journey to the PNE. They had to walk all the way to the PNE because they didn't want to get caught sneaking out. Once they got there, they snuck past security and got to the rides. Bowey chose to go to the Hellevator. Stringy joined nervously, but she loved to see her friend happy, so she wanted to join. As Bowey happily screamed, Stringy was in absolute terror. They spent the rest of the day happy and having fun. At the end of the day when they were going home, Bowey broke the peaceful silence that had settled between them. “Hey Stringy,” he said quietly, “thank you for today. It really cheered me up.” That made Stringy’s day and she responded with, “No problem, bestie! That’s what I’m here for.” They went home happily and peacefully. Book two, coming soon. 76

Y’all Album Review By Olivia, age 16 Released on September 26, 2025, Y’all is widely recognized as glaive’s best project. Taking us through an array of sounds with songs like “Asheville,” conveying an upbeat, dancey vibe, to songs like “Bennie & Kay,” which could have a grown man in tears, this album’s 39-minute runtime will take you through it all. My personal highlights are “Veni Vidi Vici,” “Nouveau Riche,” and “It Is What It Is.” An honourable mention would be the ninth track on the album called “9,” which makes fans reminisce on the era of his previous album May It Never Falter (released in 2024), for its similar sound that shifts away from the upbeat, cheerful sound that Y’all consists of. I seriously cannot recommend this album enough; it is a perfect 10/10 for the majority of glaive fans, myself included.

Wolfenstein: The New Order By Mahgoub, age 13 and Aaron, age 13 In 2026, there was a man named BJ Blaklswciwiz (Code Name: Sosphadallah). He ate lots of donuts to regain his powers, which included throwing whipped cream to stop bullets and teleportation (but to random locations which he had no control over). He went to his favourite donut shop and saw it was getting robbed. BJ Blaklswciwiz threw whipped cream to stop the robber, but when the police arrived, they thought BJ Blaklswciwiz was the robber and threw him into a maximum security prison called Castle Wolfenstein. During his trial, info was released that showed BJ Blaklswciwiz's history, including how he helped save the world from the Nazis during WW2. In the 1940s, he formed a Freedom Fighter team that used advanced technology to help BJ Blaklswciwiz get into position to use his whipped cream to block the Nazi's nuclear bomb and send it back to them. They also destroyed their blueprints and captured Hitler, sending him to a gulag. After this info was released, many people asked for him to be released. Eventually, the Freedom Fighters reformed and broke into the jail and rescued BJ Blaklswciwiz and brought him to a hidden bunker.

Tight place, it makes Nexus very nerve-wracked by the confinement he is forced into. Being weak, tired, in a place that he was put in, was unsettled with the idea of being trapped. We shall be interviewing your status and intentions.” Coming in was a blue police bot, The Chief, and a blonde

boy. Answers are gonna be hard to gather. Nexus remains silent; he doesn’t have the cooperation to engage in this interrogation. Cody, the name he heard about the kid, and the bot, Chase. Hallucinations By Owen, age 12 It was a dark, cold, and misty evening when a pre-teen was walking home. Unfortunately, he had early dementia and vividly saw hallucinations. Fake Tetris Lore By Farley, age 16 Six billion years ago, at the dawn of the universe, seven ancient gods created the “Tetriminos.” These objects were a powerful complex machine that, when interconnected in a line, would self-destruct and die. The Tetriminos were power beings who could consume space. Eventually, a scientist on Earth saw these terrifying aliens and had a plan to destroy them. He would line them up in a row to destroy them, but they kept coming and never stopped. Eventually, he couldn't stop them all and they consumed the universe. I made this all up in 5 minutes.

Elara’s Journal By Lizzy, age 16 Day 485 Today, some strange-looking men found me stuck in a bear trap and helped me out. They didn’t say much, but they seemed nice enough. I’ve decided to follow them into town to figure out more about them. They seem to be musicians as they played on stage earlier. Maybe I could join their band. Rightfully, what was of the past scoffed, I scoffed. What was the past again? Time couldn’t afford it, so I offered my liver, a house, and the three numbers on the back of my debit card. In compensation, I learned the number of grains of rice in my meal. And a thank you. While my bank account now reads zero, at least there’s a kidney left in my system. However, this gambling ad is making me want to reconsider this fact. There was something similarly important as well: a blade of grass under my name. So you were telling me I once owned a house?
