Connecting the Dots New Case Manager

byJenniferCesaitis
We are excited to introduce Shelby Frysinger, the new Case Manager for Project New Hope's program, Connecting the Dots. With her qualifications and personal experience as a military spouse, Shelby is dedicated to supporting Veterans and their Families.
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Worcester State University and is pursuing a master's degree in Social Work at Westfield State University. As a Military spouse for over a decade, Shelby understands the challenges and sacrifices of Military life, having gone through two deployments with her husband, who serves in the Army National Guard.
With experience as a clinical care coordinator at Community Healthlink, Shelby is eager to gain more experience working with Military Families as a case manager. Her primary role will be bridging the gap between Veterans and the services they need, addressing their housing, employment, mental health, and educational needs.
As a Military spouse and a mother of two, Shelby's personal connection enables her to relate to the struggles faced by the Families she assists. Her dedication, experience, and compassionate nature make her the ideal advocate for Veterans.
To benefit from the Connecting the Dots program and Shelby's support, contact her at Project New Hope. Together, we can ensure that no Veteran is left behind on their journey to a brighter future.
