What is a personality? A personality is a reflection of a person identity of a human being but we don't share the same type of personality. There are so many different type of personality in the world some people have outgoing, shy, crazy, and settle personality. Love is has been this driving force in my life in a big way. I strongly believe to give love you have to open your heart and mind. The last key component about my personality is free spirit. I will try to anything once or twice to get a laugh or just for the thrill of it. My personality trait are consistent they barely change in any giving situation. I always try to the laughter in a bad situation or show love to other when they are in a bad situation or good situation. I have a caring personality. I would have to agree with Jung theory I like to motivate other to reach their goals therefore they can see their future. There are times where I wonder if my personality is really who I am as a person or is there something else make–up who we are as human being. Abstract The purpose of this paper is to discuss characteristics of my personality. The main focus of this paper will be how my personality has developed over time. As I age and encounter new and different experiences, my personality has adapted and developed further. I had to step out of my comfort zone and do what needed to be done in order to reach my goals. On the graduate level, I find that it is easier to be an introvert and participate. Once the human element is taken away, I can find myself being open. I do not see my classmates face to face so I can allow myself to say things that I ordinarily would not do or say. As I have gotten older, some of the introversion has faded to a certain extent, but it is still present. Through my job as a Special Education Teacher, I have had to overcome a majority of my introversion so I can effectively do my job. On any given day, I will have to speak to not only my students but also the office staff, coworkers, and possibly some of the children's parents. Conversation goes both ways, so to be successful at my job; I would have to be willing to be open and communicate with others more. I also have to realize that I need to make the first step sometimes. Not everyone is going to come to me; there are times I am going to have to go to others.
