You can share notes or whole notebooks (think binders) of lessons & resources to students or staff

Or you can download the App for both Mac & PC. Here you see the two main views of your account, ‘notebooks’ and ‘shared’ notebooks from other staff, students or family.

Notice on the right that ‘shared’ notebooks have a network icon on them while some just have a book icon

Alternatively, just right-click and get a link for your notebook to email it to anyone.

It is the tool you use to store and backup everything, from day to day, as an educator/student You can also share your backed-up content via a link (copy & paste it to an email) or by sharing an entire folder with someone.

A Head of Department might share a folder called ‘year 8 resources’ with the staff to contribute to. Anything dragged in is synced and available instantly within the shared folder.

Dropbox Links Share your content Right-click and choose from the dropbox menu on your computer to share from link or to share folder. Great for putting videos onto Moodle and other LMS’s as well as putting links into Evernote!
