Our Process
We start by working with city staff, elected officials and community stakeholders to align project goals. Next, we assess your forest’s condition through inventory and canopy analysis. From there, we engage the community through workshops, surveys and by gathering diverse perspectives. With combined data and input, we create a management plan with clear recommendations, timelines, budgets and success metrics— supporting you every step of the way.
