LETTER FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT

I am thrilled to present Terra Spectrum Technologies’ (TST) second annual sustainability report. We continue to make great strides in our community and sustainability goals because we believe that a sustainable business is a good business, not only for employees but also for our clients.

As a 100% employee-owned company, our employees are at the forefront of every decision we make, and it’s our employees who are behind the success of the company. We value sustainability and are committed to incorporating sustainable practices in our innovative solutions as well as our daily lives. I’m proud of the contributions that our employees have made to environmentally focused organizations and sustainability initiatives that better our communities.

TST was founded in 2007, and now we have eight amazing employees located across the country. We continue to be a small but mighty, creative, innovative group that focuses on providing our customers with simple solutions for complex environments. At TST, we value security, integrity, innovation, knowledge, teamwork, excellence, and most importantly, family.
