We have a vast amount of experience across the team. Some recent examples that give an idea of the level of work we regularly undertake are:

• Acted for a specialist motor industry financier in a £77m loan to part fund an acquisition of a large dealership group, secured across 21 established car dealerships.

• Acted for a leading Midlands based manufacturer in the EV supply chain, taking a £12m facility from a major UK bank to allow them to increase working capital to expand their business in both the UK and the US.

• Acted for two lenders in specialist lending in the healthcare sector across many transactions, particularly in the pharmacy and dental sectors.

• Acted for a bank refinancing a large mixed-use portfolio moving from a family partnership to a limited company, including advice on the property and proposed corporate structure of the transaction.
