• Acted for the sellers of long-standing Derbyshire cleaning firm to national cleaning firm Hygiene Group Limited.
• Acted for the owners of a London based legal indemnity broker, with the sale of their entire issued share capital.
• Advising on multiple E-commerce business sales to online aggregator businesses such as Thrasio, Razor Group, and Unybrands.
• Acting for Hilco Capital, a prominent financial investor and adviser, that specialises in restructuring and refinancing other companies, working across a broad range of sectors in relation to matters such as Hilco’s involvement in Homebase and HMV
• Advised the founder shareholders of Unit 2 Games Limited in relation to their sale to Facebook.
• Advised CAD CAM Automotive in respect of a £300m investment by a Chinese Top 100 company, Red Sun Group.
• Acted for Midway Care Group in their strategic acquisition in the supported living sector of D& L Support.
• Acted for CroBio in their recent £1.5million fund raise to develop their vision in the agriculture sector.
• Acting for France based Lauralu Group in their purchase of a large UK portable structures company.
