• Advising an automated warehouse solutions company on their contract with a large nationwide food-on-the-go retailer. These contracts were complex MF/1 electrical engineering contracts for large logistics and distribution hubs.

• Advised on complex NEC3 contracts for HS2 works.

• Advised a longstanding client on a heavily amended (almost bespoke) JCT Design and Build contract for a large residential development.

• Advised a large waste disposal company with multiple public sector contracts such as preparing and advising on the Institute of Chemical Engineers Red Book Contract and various JCT contracts for the ground works and buildings to house the plant.

• Advising the site owner on a dispute relating to contamination, delay and extra costs on a science park.

• Advising a top ranked university on the procurement strategy and preparing contracts for the works to build a new teaching faculty.

• Supporting an award-winning visitor attraction with development and refurbishment projects to build new animal welfare facilities, residential holiday lodges for guests and associated operational infrastructure for a leisure park.

• Drafted a complex framework arrangement for a nationwide retailer.
