ABOUT •

Cities are manifestations of human behavior among individuals and groups intertwined with nature and environment. Human behavior is in turn a resultant of the way people think, perceive and understand realities.

•

Asian cities, and particularly Indian ones, are a resultant of a web of interrelated networks of diverse cultures, physical planning, environment, technology, human perceptions and architecture. The uniqueness of these webs, with respect to each Indian City, defines the characteristics of our cities. According to Kevin Lynch, “Arrangement, appearance and functionality of towns and cities specially, shaping and uses of URBAN PUBLIC SPACE.
