EMPOWERING OUR TEAM
During the transition periods, WRC Jogja and our foundation have been actively working towards enhancing their internal team's skills and rough various initiatives.

In February, we embarked on a journey of strategic planning aimed at setting a clear roadmap for our collective success. The team came together for two productive days filled with insightful discussions and creative brainstorming. With a focus on setting SMART goals, analyzing challenges, and devising action plans, the session honed our strategic thinking abilities. Moreover, the experience fostered a sense of unity and collaboration, aligning our visions and aspirations for a brighter conservation future.
After having continuous training about project management and transformative leadership titled Women in Conservation Leadership Program, a group of amazing women, including our representative, from across Southeast Asia met in person for the first time for the graduation in March. In this event, we also got a chance to visit and learn a lot from our colleagues at the Angkor Centre for Conservation of Biodiversity (ACCB) in Cambodia.
These initiatives demonstrate our dedication to keep on building our internal team’s skills and capabilities. By providing opportunities for professional development and fostering a fun and collaborative environment, the organization aims to empower its team members to excel in their roles and contribute towards the overall mission of conservation and sustainability. Together, stronger for a better future.
