ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY
• The Photography Competition is open to those living in the Western Queensland region
• Employees of WQPHN are not eligible to enter this competition. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
• Images but be clear, in focus and at least 1MB resolution and no larger than 10MB.
• Images where people can be identified e.g. any visible faces, consent must be gained by the photographer.
• Images must be in colour, no black and white photos
• Competition theme: A day in Western Queensland HOW TO ENTER
• Complete and submit the online entry form (including the name and contact details of the entrant, and any other information requested)
• Maximum 3 entries per person.
CLOSING DATE
• Closing date for entries Sunday 20 July 2025, 5pm EAST. COPYRIGHT
• Entrants agree that:
1. Their competition photo/s is/are in no way illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
2. They have personally created their competition photo/s and have not been created using AI.
3. All images entered may be used by WQPHN for promotional purposes.
4. Consent must be gained in writing by subject if faces are visible in the image/s. Guardian consent is required if children under 18 years of age are visible.
• The entrant provides WQPHN authorisation to display, print, and distribute their photographs via/not limited to magazines, flyers, website, social media, annual reports, digital reports, in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration.
JUDGING & PRIZE
• WQPHN will select three (3) winners based on the most creative (in the WQPHN’s sole and absolute opinion), and those meeting the image regiments outlined.
• There will be one (1) winner for each commissioning region (North West, Central West, South West).
• The winners will be selected by Friday 25 July 2025.
• The WQPHN’s decision is final. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email, with instructions on how to claim their prize. The name of the winner will also be published on WQPHN social media channels, website, and newsletters.
• Winning images may be required to supply high resolution copies for future promotional use.
• The prizes are: three (3) x $100 Gift Card. Total prize pool $300. The prize is not negotiable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other currency.
• The Winner/s consent to WQPHN using their competition photo, name, likeness, image (including photograph) to promote the competition.

By entering images into this competition, the entrant warrants that all the above Terms and Conditions have been met. Any entry found to breach the above Terms and Conditions will be disqualified
