The Goldspiel Group Summer 2017 Report* The first six months of the real estate market in Litchfield County 2017 are off to a great start.

The number of sold units in Litchfield County has risen 5%, and sold dollar volume is up 15%.

As of June 29th, 2017, there were over 39 homes that transacted in Litchfield County at 1 million plus. The upper end also saw good momentum as YTD in 2017 there have been 7 transactions over 3 million dollars, with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty participating in 5 of those sales.* New listing inventory has decreased, and with plentiful comparable and an active market – it is a good time to consider selling your property.

I personally closed just over 40 million dollars in sold volume in the last 12 months** – another record start to the year, and was honored to be named the #1 Selling Real Estate Agent for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in the State of Connecticut for 2016.
