If Your Plans or Availability Change

We had a significant number of people book to attend our December event who didn’t attend on the day. Some attendees kindly let us know they were going to be unable to make it and we are very grateful to them.

Having catered for a number of people who didn’t make it on the day and didn’t let us know they would be unable to attend, we had a lot of food left over which is both wasteful and expensive.

We appreciate that sometimes things happen that make it impossible to let us know, but we politely ask that if you have booked and you know you are not going to be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can amend our catering numbers.
