The dressing is made with a combination of polyurethane foam, superabsorbent polymer, and an adhesive border.

XTRASORB HYDROGEL COLLOIDAL SHEET (HCS) ADHESIVE DRESSING Treat light to moderately exuding wounds with the adhesive Xtrasorb Hydrogel Colloidal Sheet. It combines hydrocolloid and hydrogel to provide moisture to the dry wounds. This dressing also absorbs the exudate and retains it inside the wound.
