The West Orange Times & Observer and Southwest Orange Observer earned numerous awards during the Florida Press Association’s annual Florida Media Conference, held Aug. 3 to 5, in Ponte Vedra. In the 2022 FPA Weekly Newspaper Contest, the papers combined to win seven firstplace awards, six second-place awards and two third-place awards.
