Windermere Town Council members on Tuesday, Nov. 13, approved an amendment to the town’s 2017-18 budget to address an $81,000 discrepancy related to Hurricane Irma. The amendment was required to compensate for the difference between budgeted projects and funded projects — some of which were unanticipated. This discrepancy resulted in the town being over-budget by $81,000, Windermere Town Manager Robert Smith said. One such project that con-
