JCCF CASTS LINE FOR FISHING TOURNAMENT The second Jimmy Crabtree Fishing Tournament will take place Saturday, Oct. 13, on Lake Harris at Hickory Point Recreational Facility, 27341 State Road 19, Tavares. Register online at jccancerfund. org or in person the morning of the tournament. First launch is at safe light. Weigh-in begins at 3 p.m. Cost is $100 per boat with one or two fishermen and includes dinner, giveaways and raffles. Proceeds will be used to assist families battling cancer. Ocoee commissioners voted unanimously Oct. 2 to amend the city’s land-development code to create a definition for the terms “collection bin” and “collection trailer.” City Planner Mike Rumer said the ordinance adds clarification
