Health Central Hospital team members and West Orange residents are invited to participate in Healthy West Orange +One, a free, interactive program designed to inspire you to eat well, stay active and enjoy life. The 12-week program meets at noon Mondays at Health Central, 10000 W. Colonial Drive, Ocoee, and focuses on making one positive change at a time — with an emphasis on activity, nutrition and setting goals. Participants will receive take-home tools for success, online group support and an email education program. Registration deadline is Friday, Aug. 31.
