Enjoy a mimosa and pastries while strolling the gardens, watch local artists at work and see original artwork available for bidding at the online art auction. A “buy it now” price will be available, as well. The online art auction is open to everyone; bidding begins that day and closes at 5 p.m. Friday, July 3. Realtor buys Stoneybrook West Golf Club mortgage note

The Ocoee City Commission decided against acquiring a 1-acre cemetery located at 441 Basking Ridge Court during its meeting Tuesday, June 16. The city currently mows and maintains the property, but after unsuccessful attempts to contact the listed owners, the commission — during its meeting Jan. 7 — asked city staff to work with the city’s eminentdomain attorney about acquiring the property.
