MARSHALL SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED West Orange High School graduates Michael Gusewelle and Victoria Rogers were awarded $2,000 from the Bill Marshall Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship, presented by Marshall’s widow, Susie Marshall, was created 25 years ago in his memory to recognize outstanding student-athletes committed to swimming and water polo. Both excel in water polo and swimming and are excellent students. Gusewelle will attend the University of South Florida, and Rogers will attend the University of Kentucky.

A townhome development in north Ocoee soon will be breaking ground. City leaders voted unanimously on June 4 to approve the preliminary and final subdivision plans for phases one and two of the Greens at Forest Lake planned
