YOUR TOWN ORLANDO HEALTH OFFERS NEW CLASSES Orlando Health is offering three free classes to get you on track for the summer. In the Summer No-Cook Meal Makeover courses, participants can learn how to stay cool and create delicious plant-based foods. Classes will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 24; noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, June 27; and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at Orlando Health Medical Pavilion — Horizon West, 17000 Porter Road, Suite 204, Winter Garden. Windermere Town Council members will take their time to mull changes requested by the Sunset Bay Homeowners Association Inc. to the neighborhood’s original development agreement . The Sunset Bay Development agreement originally was signed March 8, 1988, and applies to the Sunset Bay neighborhood located on 24.5 acres of land north of Conroy Windermere Road.

With three new Horizon Westarea schools slated to open this fall and three more in a year, some members of the community are looking to get more involved in advocating for them. That’s why Horizon West resident Jodi Jessop and fellow parents, neighbors and community members have created the Horizon West School Coalition.
