YOUR TOWN NRA TO OFFER SAFETY COURSE

The American Legion Post 63 is hosting an NRA Home Firearm Safety Course, led by Christopher M. Rumbaugh, a certified law-enforcement firearms instructor. The non-shooting course is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at the post, 271 Plant St., Winter Garden. It is designed to teach students the basic knowledge and skills and to explain the attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of firearms and ammunition in the home.
