In celebration of March as Florida Bicycle Month, the city of Winter Park presents “Bike Winter Park” Group Bike Ride & Gathering, Thursday, March 7. Check-in begins at 3:30 p.m., and riders should meet on Garfield Avenue, directly behind the main stage in Central Park. The group ride, for those 18 years of age and up, will begin at 4 p.m. Rain date will be Friday, March 8.

A Winter Park man has been charged with defrauding his investors of more than $8 million, according to federal prosecutors. A recently unsealed indictment claims Bryan Brewer, a 43-yearold Winter Park resident, initi-
