Manufacturing and fabrication We provide global manufacturing and fabrication services. These capabilities span bespoke pipework, metalwork, joinery, control and electrical panels including CE, as well as module construction and assembly, and pipe fabrication. We also provide modularization, stick-built and prefabrication methodologies to support our customers.

Growing on the Gulf Coast

Fabrication facilities footprint Globally, we deliver ongoing support to our own teams on construction, maintenance and turnaround projects, as well as stand-alone packages supplied directly to customers.

Recently, we expanded our fabrication and modularization capabilities with a new facility in the Houston, TX area.

This new location features the following functionality: • 18 acres and 131K sq ft of indoor construction / fabrication space • On site indirects: HSE, QA/QC, HR, project controls, procurement - bulk / project specific, material management, tools / fleet services • Carbon steel / alloy welding, as well as automated cutting line, robotic welding, and sub arc welding • Quick turnaround pipe spool delivery and hydrotesting • Electrical / instrumentation, heat tracing / insulation, and sandblast / coating / paint capabilities

Global O&M experience Gulf Coast customer Location: Multiple locations (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama) Overview: For more than 30 years, we have worked alongside this oil and gas customer through an integrated partnership, playing a key role in their planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure their facilities operate efficiently. Value: • Complete services provider, executing maintenance, turnarounds project work, and operations (product and rail loading), as well as technical services • $1.5M USD in savings and 14 FTE reductions through unit rate implementation • $73M USD in documented savings over the last eight years

Bahrain petroleum company Location: Bahrain Overview: Provided full-service delivery for their first of its kind membrane bioreactor for their refinery. Our services included extensive treatability testing and development of a detailed FEED. Following our successful project, we began operations of the facility. Value: • Primary treatment performance to improve life span of membranes and reduce costs • Integrated spent caustic treatment reduced capital costs by almost 15% • Contract O&M provides improved treatment performance with cost certainty and easy access to expert technical support

UCLA Location: Los Angeles, CA Overview: We perform operations and maintenance at UCLA’s on-campus electricity, steam, and chilled water production and distribution facilities. We are UCLA’s partner, executing O&M services, since the facilities completion in 1993. Value: • 25 year partnership with over $7.5M USD of capital projects managed by Worley O&M over the last six years with minimal cost to UCLA • 96.16% average availability at UCLA for the last five years • We are their largest support organization which includes Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and a professional HR organization
